Architectural consultancy services
"Renovation of existing building/ extenison of parking: Providing structure stability report of existing building along with Civil & Architectural design & engineering services including space planning of the desired scheme(s) in accordance to the space available at the proposed location. This shall include - detailed discussions with the Owner, evaluation of Site, finalization of the layout in consultation & due deliberation with owner. Development of final layout drawings as per Owner advise along with desired sectional elevations of the facility including the 3-D view of the finalized scheme(if 3-D view is required and instructed by EIC for which payment shall be made separately under item no. 10.03). Preparation & submission of execution drawings in soft (in AutoCAD 2008 or above version format) as well as in hard copy (2 set) duly approved clearly mentioning all the important engineering details required for execution. Schemes which require structural design, design calculation shall be submitted to EIC for record. For payment, floor plan area shall be considered. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all kind of civil services including internal and external sanitary, sewer & plumbing works, interior, electrical, air-conditioning, furnishing works etc. as per the requirement of the scheme. Scope of services as detailed in Scope of Work"

Extra for providing 3-Dimensional view of the finalized scheme as per item no 10 and submitting the same in soft form. For the purpose of payment, surface area/ plan area as per requirement and decision of EIC shall be considered.
Providing Engineering Services & space planning of the desired scheme(s) in accordance to the space available at the proposed location. The service provider shall prepare landscaping details for Owner's approval. This shall include water features / outdoor seating / garden patios etc. & connecting walkway between different buildings after evaluation of Site, finalization of the layout in consultation & due deliberation with owner. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all kind of services as per the requirement of the scheme.
Site Visit during construction activities including making necessary corrections/modifications in drawings etc. during engineering stage as well as during the course of execution
