Taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, bell push, bell, light fittings etc. removing serviceable materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit (Credit shall be made as per Schedule of credit), removing rubbish from the site and making good all disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. to match to the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring One light/Fan/bell point controlled by one switch one way complete with 1.5 sq mm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed 1100 Volt grade cable in and incl PVC FRLS new casing capping of suitable size (ISI Marked) with accessories including new pressed steel terminal boxes (sunk in wall ) with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover or PVC FRLS board including PVC FRLS top cover with 1.50 sq mm insulated unsheathed PVC FRLS multistranded covered copper conductor for common earth and connecting to earth dolly and making good disturbed surface of wall incl matching the colour of wall/ceiling with extisting wall/ceiling colour complete all as specified and as directed.
