Amount

Surface Excavation : Surface excavation in soft/loose soil n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out.

Removal : Removing excavated material(soils) exc. 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed.

Demolition : Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

PCC : (M&L) - Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2 with 40 mm graded aggregate, in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Moorum : Supply and filling of Moorum/Red Bajri, filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered tiles : S&F Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick (min. Size), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, Make: Classic/ Standard or similar as approved by EIC.

Non Skid Tiles : Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match Make: Johnson/ Kajaria/ Somany.

Vitrified Tiles : Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors, skirtings etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match Make: Johnson/ Kajaria/ Somany.

Screed Bed : Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in 1:6 cement mortar for laying floor finishes.

RCC : Reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate, 70 mm thk in floors/pavings etc. Complete all as specified.

Reinforcement : Mild steel(TMT) bars 6-8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips .

Dismantling AC Sheet : Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings and depositing sheet where directed by EIC/SIC

Galvalume Sheet : Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified Make: Tata/Jindal/Essar.

Structural Steel : Rolled mild steel of grade Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) qualityA in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Make: Tata/Jindal/Essar

Grill : Framed work with Fe 410 W Gde E 250 Qlty A, as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

Enamel Paint : Enamel paint to steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth with synthetic enamel ordinary tint 1 coats

Chain link fencing: Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire

Chain link fencing: Supply only of Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type

Termite treatment : Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron

Brickwork : Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:6

Plastering : Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces.
