RequiredInsurance Security Bond, Account Payee Demand draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee (as prescribed) issued by commercial Bank drawn in favor of Executive Engineer, Coimbatore Central Division, CPWD, Coimbatore against EMD.
RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of Original EMD issued from the division office of any Executive Engineer, Central PWD, including NIT issuing along with Office Stamp-In the proforma prescribed in Annexure-1
RequiredUndertaking for site inspection Intending bidders must upload undertaking that they have inspected and examined the site and its surrounding before submitting their bids - as prescribed in Annexure-2
RequiredEnlistment Order of the Contractor in appropriate Category and valid on the date of opening of tender. Enlistment order issued by enlistment authority, with validity duly extended, in favor of the CPWD contractor shall only be considered.
RequiredCertificate of Registration for GST if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload undertaking along with bid documents.

RequiredDetails of Firm proprieter or power of attorney for Partnership firm with a copy of partnership deed or Power of attorney with copy of the Memorandum of Articles of Association for limited company or a corporation as per Clause 3/3.4 of Information and Instructions for bidders (Section-II)
RequiredERP Training certificate if already obtained/ If bidder has not obtained ERP training, then he shall scan and upload the undertaking in the prescribed format- Annexure-6
