Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 m Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections.

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Excavation for Structures:- Excavation in foundation for cross drainage structures, Retaining walls, brest walls, breast walls and other similar structure in all types of soils and rocks as met at site with all leads, lift and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer - in - Charge also including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Construction of R. R . stone masonary in cement mortar 1:5 including supply of all materials, labour, t&p & royaltyetc, required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications Clause 700 &1604.

For Ratining wall

HP stone filling in back of walls including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing of. Edge Stones 12cm x 12cm x 60cm size precast in M15 cement concrete with 4 nos. 8 mm dia HYSD vertical bars and 3 nos 6mm dia MS bar stirrups as per approved drawing including two coat white washing on valley side of formation.

Construction of Parapet in R.R. Stone masonry laid in 1:5 C/S mortar providing M-10 grade concrete in foundation and M20 cement concrete in top, plaster in 1:4 C/S mortar & Flush pointing in 1:3 C/S Mortar as required and specified in detailed drawing with white washing complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-chjarge.

WBM Grading 2-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical Means

Prime Coat-Low porosity :- Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat- Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Premix Carpet:- 20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Bitumen (VG-10)

Seal Coat- Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Bitumen (VG-10)
