Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc 1.50 metre wide and n. exc 1.50 metre deep for foundation and n. exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.50 metre in depth for cesspit etc and getting out complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 250m and n,exc 500 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exeeding 25cm in soft/loose soil all as specified .

Dismantling of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quioins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone agg as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified

Cement concrete in surface channels and drains Type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) including necessary formwork complete all as specified & directed

M & L for taking down cement of cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair/unfair faces of brick or concrete surfaces surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified .

Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab etc, set in CM 1:6, including provision of necessary form work complete all as specified & directed

Mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less that 0.9mm dia complete all as specified.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified & directed

Extra for forming fair finished drains or channels n. exc 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds, mitered/ stopped ends complete all as specified & directed

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto as per item 13 above.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work such as drain cover etc but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Add to item no 1 for 15 cm above of 15 cm average depth, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old paver block of any size and thickness incl sand cushioning complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (Unreinforced) of any description in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and remmed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Precast cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stone of size 450mm x 300mm x 150mm with fair faces including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles of throating with necessary form work and including setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed Note : The quoted rates include for use of formwork (straight or curved).

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified

M & L for Machine pressed, Rubber moulded, coloured, precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with Grey cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Machine pressed, Rubber moulded, coloured, precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade with Grey cement, complete all as specified and as directed.
