Providing and laying of SOP cable for new 3T MRI machine installed at old OPD 12 area of maternity block ground floor of 500 bedded hospital at Dr. RPGMC Kangra at Tanda

Providing & Laying of one number aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured/ XLPE power cable, 1.1 KV grade of following sizes on wall surface as required. C.3.17 Armoured cable 400 sq. mm (3.5 core).

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5% joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts and nuts, painting suspenders etc. as required. 450mm widthx62.5 mm Depth x 2 mm thickness.

Supplying and erection of following depth sheet metal cubical main panel/pedestal of suitable dimensions with plus-minus 5 cm variation, made from 1.6 mm thick M.S. sheet duly fabricated in a segregated manner for housing of MCCB's, by welding each compartment on five sides & front side hinged, complete with locking arrangement, with sufficient No. vertical and horizontal intermediate switchgear housing compartments. The cubical pedestal shall have cable entry box at one or two sides, Main Panel made out of M.S. CRC Sheet 14/16G, base frame 2100 x 1400 x 450 mm channel duly painted with Siemens grey powder coated paint and bonding to the existing earth etc. The same shall be erected in the 1:2:4 cement concrete plat-form of suitable dimensions 15 cm high from ground level and 45 cm thick. The cubical pedestal shall be 15 cm from the top of cement concrete plat-form. The cubical panel shall be including MCCB 630A, 36 KA, DN-3 4P as incomer, Change over switch 630 amp 4 pole, In outgoing MCCB 400 A 36 KA 4 Pole 1 No., MCCB 250 A 36 KA 4 Pole 1 No, outgoing, Digital Metering set and busbar aluminium 800 Amp. and the panel should be approved/tested from the CPRI Lab and should be confirm to IS 64139 as required complete in all respects.Main Panel 2100mmx1400mmx450mm
