Ascertaining the cause for slow movement of BE 100 chain mounted excavator including its crawling movement boom swing and other affected system by way of: Dis-assembling of complete hydraulic system of the machine by way of removal of hydraulic pump hydraulic hoses control valves and allied mechanism. The job shall include draining out of all Hydraulic oil from tank and related system storage of drained out oil by securing its safety and cleanly in some arrangement as directed by site Engineer. Checking of complete system and mechanism for ascertain the fault /defect by engagement of highly skilled technician /mechanic or Service Engineer as shall be required. After identification and ascertaining the flaw all the Dis–assembled arrangement /system/mechanism is to be assembled and refitted back to the machine including hydraulic hoses, control valves and all allied mechanism. Refilling of drained out oil back into the machine including topping if required so.
