Dismantling of post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion in concrete & making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No1 above but embeded in natural ground / earth

Refixing RCC posts or struts of any section obtained from item No 1 above complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes each n exc 0.5cum getting out soft /loose soil,returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth arround in layers not exc 25 cm ,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

Providing reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pre cast fencing ,post, averaging sectional area exc. 100 sqcm but n.exc. 250 sqcm with or without chamfered angle and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops wherever required complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Rates including for refixing of distrubed bars, fence, flat iron, nut bolts, wire mesh and connecting items etc.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip to Fe-410 incl fabrication complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

M & L TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over upto & incl 10mm dia in stirups spacers and binders, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip to Fe-410 incl fabrication complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

M & L TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto & incl 10mm dia in stirups spacers and binders, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip to Fe-410 incl fabrication complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rails straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedded in concrete and screwing etc wind tiles for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting or welding etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 10 mm dia MS round bar as for holding chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 12mm dia mild steel screw bolts machine made with hexagonal or square heads at one end &screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal orsquare nut, length of bolt, exc 10 cm & n exe 15 cm long complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work / stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortor or cement lime mortor incl all quoins,arches,pillars , necsessay excavtion and filling etc complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

Demoltion of Unreinforcement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L Pre cast cement concrete soild block masonary type C1, 1:3:6( Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 CM in widdth and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

M&L providing Cement concrete type B2(1:2:4) in foundations, filling and mass concrete for fixing of MS post etc complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on the external surfaces of brick work/Strone or concrete surface finishing fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, lightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered new surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

S&F chain link MS galvanised fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/zinc primer complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

S & F galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. including taking down existing barbed wire of any type complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge. (each line wire to be measured).
