M&L for point wiring with FRLSH cable 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (red for phase and black for neutral) unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade (conforming IS 694) in and incl not less than 2mm thick PVC casing/caping ISI marked, with all accessories including one run of 1.5 Sqmm multistrand PVC insulated FRLSH stranded copper conductor cable (green colour) for earth continuity conductor to common earth dolly including all other required accessories as specified in Preamble 1 (a) to (q) of section 19 of SSR Part-II under heading "Point wiring'". fixed on walls/ceiling including PVC box surface/ flush type SS sunken boxes with PVC sheet for mounting fittings such as switches, sockets, fan regulators, etc complete covered with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover all as specified and directed & making good to disturbed surface of wall to match with the existing finish etc for the following :-

Note: (i) Two runs of 6 sqmm and one run of 6 sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit casing caping shall be measured as one unit. (ii) Necessary plastering to the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for sub main wiring using with FRLSH cable two single core 4 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawing in and including PVC Casing Caping/PVC Conduit or in existing concealed conduit(as required & directed by Engr-in-Charge)accessories like bends, tee, etc fix on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 4 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed including taking down existing sub main wiring complete all as specified directed. Note: (i) Two runs of 4 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit casing caping shall be measured as one unit. (ii) Necessary plastering to the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted .

Note:(for item 02 to 9): (i) The contractor shall be responsible for doing point wiring as per the instruction of concerned JE(E/M) and AGE(E/M). Being maintenance work Contractor shall carry out single point wiring or associated work as per the direction of concerned JE(E/M). Delay in any work more than of 3 days after allocation will invite recovery at the double rate of quoted rate. Contractor shall depute a team of electrician and helper on daily basis at Darjipura Main receiving station to carry out maintenance within stipulated time without fail (ii) The quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of sunction boxes/modular cover plate and cutting chases in brick walls/pillars etc for concealing the depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the portion of point wiring at for covering / fix sunken boards/terminal boxes/junction boxes of any shape and size . (iii) Fittings like switches sockets regulators, lamp holders light fittings shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Sch’A’. (iv) The size of conduits shall be determined on permissible No of runs of wires as specified in SSR part I (2010) However minimum size of conduits shall be 20 mm dia (medium grade)
