RequiredTheBiddershallhaveEPF,ESI,GSTregistration,valid labour license and enclose the documentary evidence. Registrationunder process shall not be acceptable

RequiredThe bidder should have minimum of one year experienceincludingcurrentyearinBTPSwithsimilar nature work in the last 6 years with satisfactory performancecertificateissuedbythenotlessthanthe cadre of divisional Engineer shall be submitted and should upload the experience certificate for documentary evidence.

RequiredEMDisMandatoryforeveryparticipantirrespectiveof MSME/SC/ST/BC-Vaddera.andshoulduploadthe scanned copy of EMD payment

RequiredIncometaxClearanceCertificate:Thecontractorshall furnish their copy of PermanentAccountNumber(PAN)cardand copyoflatestincometaxreturnssubmittedalongwiththe proof of receipt

RequiredThosewhohavePEMDofRs.2,50,000/-with TGGENCOareexemptedforpaymentofEMD.

RequiredThe bidders who have paid EMD, shall invariably uploadthescannedcopiesofonlinereceiptofEMDpaidin e-Procurement system and this will be the primaryrequirementtoconsiderthebidresponsive.

RequiredThe Bidder shall have Tractor?s & trailer?s RC & Insurance copies and enclose the documentary evidence,. Registration under process shall not be acceptable. If the tractor is not in the name of firm , the bidder can upload the lease agreement.
