Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including. raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all asspecified and as directed.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified (Paymentfor providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles as directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, with cement mortar 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, with curing and finishing including all as specified and directed.

M&L10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:6 finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in CM 1:4 finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on ceiling concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper(ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as permanufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work on walls or ceilings over 2mm thick putty as specified and directed. Make- Asian paint/ Berger paint.
