Contract Details

S&F pin type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator size 100mm high and 65mm dia, for working pressure 1100 volts grade incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one nut complete all as specified and directed.

S&F shackle type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of size 75mm height and 90mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts, LT complete with insulator bolts, washers and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS cross arms bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for supply, transporting, erecting truly in vertical position and fixing of steel tubular pole swaged, over all length 9 metres, type 410 – SP – 31 complete with mild steel base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, MS bolts, nuts & washers, necessary excavation & earthwork in hard / dense soil, PCC sub base block as mass concrete of size 600 X 600 X 150 mm in cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 in base of foundation, PCC foundation block of size 600 X 600 X 1500 mm in cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2, pole plinth of size 600 X 600 X 300 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 including necessary form work as required at site and painting of pole with two coats of anti corrosive black bituminous paint through out internally and externally upto planting depth (embedded in concrete) and remaining portion of the pole painted two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on complete exposed surface including painting of 05 Nos. bands / strips of 30 cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black & yellow) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block upto 1500 mm height and marking / sign writing of pole number and feeders locations of pole with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and commissioning LT XLPE 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated, stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with GI steel or tape and over all PVC sheathing laid in trenches, floor through pipes,induct, on pole and roads etc of following sizes :- (a) 16 Sqmm 4 core

All as per item no 6 above but for size of cable 16 Sqmm 2 core

All as per item no 6 above but for size of cable 10 Sqmm 2 core

Taking out unserviceable LT cable of any type and size from pole/wall/trenches by disconnecting electric connections for repair / replacement of cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plastic (moulded poly propeline) line phase saperators for separating 3/5 Nos of over head line conductors length 1200mm with 25mm with fly nuts and clamps suitable for 1100 volts grade LT electric lines of any size fixed with over head electric lines all as specified and directed.
