Demolishing of mud pushka in terracing & disposal of materials as per the direction of EIC complete.

Earth work in excavation, all kind of soils, by manual means in trench for foundation, drains, pipe etc. (Not exceeding 1.5mtr in width) as well as 10sq mtr in plan including all leads & lifts getting out excavated soils as per the direction of EIC complete job.

Providing and laying cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agrigate 20mm nominal size) including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level. Including all carriages of materials as involved upto site of work, complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 50mm thick DPC of 1:2:4 mix of 20mm aggregate size with floating neat coat of cement including all carriages of materials as involved, loading, unloading complete.

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for walls etc.

Providing & fixing wood work in frames/partitions of 1st class Kail Wood including all fitting charges, fixtures, nails, screws etc. or as per the direction of EIC, carriage complete job.

Providing and fixing 35mm glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 5mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked MS pressed butt, Hinges, bright finished of required size with neccessoriy screws of 1st class K- wood.

Supply and fixing of 5mm thick float glass panes with glue including finished of required size with neccessory screws and beadings of required size, as per the direction of EIC, including all carriages of materials as involved upto site of work complete job.

Dismentaling of wooden ply lining of wall/Cielling and partition, including frame works and stacking the serviciable material within 50m lead or as per the direction of EIC complete job

Dismantling/removing of cement/clay plaster from walls and disposal of materials as per direction of EIC complete

Providing & fixing wood work in frames/partitions of 1st class Budloo Wood including all fitting charges, fixtures, nails, screws, priming coat of approved brand & manufacture etc. or as per the direction of EIC, carriage complete job.

Providing PUFF insulation 50mm thick by portable puff insulation machine at site with 40kg/Cum density conforming to IS standard with all necessary fittings, fixtures including all carriages of materials as involved upto site of work complete as per the direction of EIC

Providing and fixing of knotty pine ply board 12mm thick of approved brand and manufacture as per the direction of EIC with conforming to IS standard with all necessary fittings, fixtures including all carriages of materials as involved upto site of work complete

French spirit polishing, two or more coat on new works including a coat of wood filler complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture, two or more coats on new works or as per the direction of EIC

Priming coat of ready mixed primer of approved brand and manufacture on new work, one or more coat or as per the direction of EIC

Providing and fixing 20mm thick wooden planks over the existing wooden joists including cost of necessary screws complete of 1st class Budloo wood, carriage complete job.

100MM mud pushka with dampet earth mixed with local Bussa @33% of total volume including all carriages of materials as involved upto site of work complete.

Providing & fixing wood work in frames/partitions for joists of 1st class Budloo Wood including all fitting charges, fixtures, nails, screws etc. or as per the direction of EIC, carriage complete job.

Providing and fixing of 18mm thick ply board of approved brand and manufacture as per the direction of EIC including all fittings, fixtures, nails etc., carriage complete job.

Providing and fixing of thermocol insulation of 50mm thick conforming to IS standard with all necessary fittings, fixtures including all carriages of materials as involved upto site of work complete

Sand filling under floor as per the direction of the EIC including carriage & complete job

Providing and fixing of thermal storage heating cables twin conductor with rated voltage 240V with thermostate of approved brands as per the direction of EIC including demolishing of cement concrete/tiles & disposal of materials including carriage & complete job.

Providing & fixing of floor tile of required size as per the direction of EIC with cement mortar 1:4 Mix (1 cement, 4 coarse sand) including 20mm thick cement concrete bed, all carriages of materials complete job

Block Masonry in CM 1:6 for foundation & superstructure of retaining/kerb wall, including simultaneous pointing of the joints, watering, curing etc. complete at all levels

Providing fixing of electrification fittings of lighting points, hetaing points, wiring of required size, conduits, helium sheets, GI boxes, plugs, LEDs, Main Control Board, Earthing systems & required MCBs etc. are as directed by EIC complete job

Taking of geotag photographs before execution of work, during execution of work & post completion of work

Providing and fixing of Water tank of 1000Ltrs capacity including Steel Angle stand and wash basin

Replacement of Sanitary pipes upto septic tank with all accessories including insulation

Providing & fixing of ceramics wall tile of required size as per the direction of EIC with cement mortar 1:4 Mix (1 cement, 4 coarse sand) including 20mm thick cement concrete bed, all carriages of materials complete job

Providing and fixing of PVC panelling in walls and ceilling of approved brand and manufacture as per the direction of EIC with conforming to IS standard with all necessary fittings, fixtures including all carriages of materials as involved upto site of work complete

Replacement of damaged items, including restoration of PPR pipe, CP fitting, WC, wall tiles complete job as per the direction of EIC
