CERTAIN REPAIR AND MAINT TO OTM ACCN FOR B/R AND E/M WORKS ALONG MUKHYALAYA MARG UNDER GE NORTH BINNAGURI

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but n. exc. 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in whiter or coloured cement to match as in floor over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor).

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured / digital printed/Elevation tiles of size 300 x 450 mm x 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. (b) Design and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) including existing treatment of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floor with the following course of treatment / specification :- (i) Cleaning top surface of floors / slabs and laying 50mm thick (avg) PCC of grade M10 (Nominal mix) , mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction laid in slope 1:20 towards spouts including coveting corners. (ii) 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on sides mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instruction. (iii) Applying 1st layer of slurry @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.253 kg / sqm , this layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4 hrs . ( iv) Applying 2nd layer of slurry @ 0.242 kg/ sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.126 kg / sqm , this layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4 hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs. (v) Applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 penetration @ 1.50 kg/sqm on plastered and concrete surfaces. (vi) Providing 150 micron thick polyurethane paint in two coats ( each of 75 micron measured dry surface over a coat of PU primer including preparation. (Make of PU primer- Deck guard EP - 302 of m/s Forsook or equivalent approved brand . Make of PU paint- Deck guard PU or equivalent approved brand. (vii) Sunken floor shall be tested for water tightness by filling water for 72 hrs before and after treatment work is carried out and ensure that no leakage / seepage exists. (ix) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean concrete of grade M 7.5 stone aggregate. Note : Treatment shall be carried out by authorized applicator approved by the manufacturer.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type C-2, (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns etc. of required strength, thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 300x300x25 mm thick prepolished chemically treated chequered tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with mixture of pigments to match with the colour of tiles including demolition of existing floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed.
