REPAIR / MAINT OF CENTRAL AC PLANTS FOR CERTAIN UNIT AT RALAWAS UNDER GE BANAR

M&L for Site Visit of OEM rep for complete checking & cleaning of screw type water-cooled chiller machine of capacity 200 TR , opearating on R-134 A refrigerant with unit mounted starter panel complete with all accessories ,make : Voltas model No ACEGWFVXR2201MHPVC of central AC plant at tech area.The Job includes the following scope of work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges :-

(i) Checking & repair the central AC system and equipment such as compressors and their electrical controls on the repective equipment. (ii) check the display parameters on Voltas Micro Vision / 4.3" Touch Screen Controller for the flooded screw chiller (Model: ACEGWFVXR2201MHPVC) & verify specific baseline values and verify that the internal software algorithms are reading true system states & Update/repair the software if required for period of next six month. (iii) Calibrate all thermistors, transducers, and safety cutouts (high pressure, anti-freeze) against certified digital meters. (iv) Run software diagnostics on the MPD to ensure active trip protection against single phasing, phase reversal, and overcurrent. (iii) Checking the electrical and refrigeration control system for operation and adjustments of set valves as necessary. (iv) Lubrication of all necessary points in the system & its components in line . (v) Check the built-in suction and discharge electronic pressure sensors against calibrated standard master gauges to ensure accuracy on the microprocessor display.. (vi) Check both the evaporator and condenser differential flow switches to trip the chiller instantly upon loss of water flow. (vii) Checking of Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV) modulation to keeps suction superheat strictly. (viii) Test the Low Chilled Water Temperature safety cutout via the controller to confirm it triggers a hard trip at ~3.5°C. (ix) Check & maintain the oil heater activates properly when the compressor is in standby. (x) Checking & repair of the refrigeration system for any leaks. Note :- Replacement of spare parts and software update will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of schedule.

M&L for dismantling, disconnecting and decoupling of Electric Motor and transportation to civil work shop for opening of motor and taking out the burnt winding wire complete and cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all other insulating material and greasing of mechanical switch gear incl replacement of bearing of suitable size, oil seal, packing kit, fan blade etc and transportation from civil work shop to site for refixing, coupling, alignment of Motor with pump using steel/rubber coupling and testing of Motor complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Spare parts and copper winding are deemed to be included in above quoted rates complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Taking out unserviceable pipes and supply and fixing following Mild Steel medium grade pipe connecting, welding, smoothing and making leak proof incuding MS fittings all as per site requirment and as directed by Engr-in-Charge including testing complete of following sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
