SCHEDULE A CIVIL WORKS Demolition Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing of demolished materialfrom work site complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size, having compressive strength 75Kg sqcm, straight or curved on plan excd 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in Cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surafces of wall and applying three coats of white wash including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in natural ground , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified. ( Note :- the vertical height above GL shall be measured for the purpose of payment towards work done)

Dismantling of chain link wire mesh of any type including removing of rusted unserviceable wire mesh, flat iton, round bar MS, nuts & bolts from work site and keep serviceable wire mesh, flat iton, round bar MS, nuts & bolts for reused in safe custody all as directed.

Dismantling of mild steel Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings, including removing of rusted unserviceable wire from work site and keep serviceable wire for reused in safe custody all as directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layer not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel Galvanised, (hot dipped galvanised) 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins etc. as directed ( each line wire to be measured) all as directed.

Material and labour for restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc.to existing steel barbed wire all as directed.

Supply only 3.7 mm dia galvanised steel wire, (Hot dipped galvanised), 75 mm x 75 mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing to post old and new including line wires, any mesh , size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as directed.

Material and labour for restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc.to existing chain link fencing all as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted/round bars ( TMT) / 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chain link mattresses, as in tie bar strengthing and fising with nuts & bolts complete all as specified.

Supply and fix mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild screw bolts ( Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15 but n exc 22.5cm long and 11 to 15 mm dia. of shank complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-O (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, benching, covings, bed plates and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 80 mm thickness PCC interlocking tiles,coloured, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 , M-40 Grade laid dry on sand not less than 40 mm thick(including), interstices filled in floors/ pathway complete all as specified.( Sand cushion shall not be measured and paid separately).
