Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within premises of FACT-WI at locations pointed out as per direction of Engineer in - charge.

Dismantling existing electrical works in the building being demolished and reconnecting electrical connections and rerouting the same as required and stacking dismantled items within premises of FACT-WI at locations pointed out as per direction of Engineer in - charge.

Dismantling plumbing and sanitary lines and fixtures including water tanks, capping lines as required or rerouting as necessary, and stacking dismantled items within premises of FACT-WI at locations pointed out as per direction of Engineer in - charge.

Disposal of moorum / building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping grounds or to FACT CD for lead up to 30km for all lifts, complete as per directions of EiC. Note - Item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement / plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5cum or more.

Supplying and stacking good earth brought from outside, at locations pointed out by the engineer in-charge. The rate includes all charges including royalties, loading – unloading, transportation, cost of earth, labour, other charges etc. complete.

Earth work in excavation in open areas (exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in all kinds of soil, for lifts up to 1.5m from existing ground level, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal within the premises of FACT-WI as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches in all kinds of soil, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lifts up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil up to a lead of 50m, as directed by the Engineer in-charge within the premises of FACT-WI. The rates shall include bailing out water, and keeping the sides from collapsing using necessary timbering, planking, and shoring.

Filling available good earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, for lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m.

Supplying, diluting, and injecting the ground with Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration at 1 litre per holes of 300mm depth dug 1m apart at both directions, covering the area under construction.

Casting 600mm diameter bored cast in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles in M35 grade concrete after boring by Direct mud circulation method as per IS 2911- Part 1/sec 2, having minimum cement content of 400 kg/cum of concrete, using Portland Pozzolana cement conforming to IS 1489, river sand / manufactured sand conforming to IS 383, 20mm or less size graded hard granite broken stones, admixtures to concrete as per IS 9103, water as per IS 456 and reinforced with High strength deformed bars of 500D / 550D grade conforming to IS 1786 for the entire length of piles. All the materials used in the casting of concrete shall be done with the approval of Engineer in-charge. The rate shall include the cost for all plants, tools, materials, labour and other services for boring the piles including mobilisation and de-mobilisation of piling rigs, boring to the required depth and stabilisation of hole with bentonite slurry or other required material to suit site conditions, making channels in the ground, making service roads and arrangements for transportation and disposal of muck (The muck will be treated as owned by the contractor and it will be the responsibility of the contractor to dispose the muck without causing environment damage with necessary permission from the concerned authority and consultant / client to be informed well in advance on the disposal methodology before starting the work), cleaning the bores with water, lowering the reinforcement cages, concreting, excavating and levelling the ground exposing piles to a depth of 150mm below cut-off level after curing and gaining sufficient strength. Rate of reinforcement and excavation for pile cap shall be paid extra - For piles up to length of 60m below cut-off level. (Payment shall be made for length of pile below cut off level only).

Charges for empty boring through various strata to the required diameter of pile specified in the Item above, clearing the area, collecting, conveying and disposal of muck of all types such as liquid, fluid, solid and spoil earth (The muck will be treated as owned by the contractor and it will be the responsibility of the contractor to dispose the muck without causing environment damage with necessary permission from the concerned authority and consultant / client to be informed well in advance on the disposal methodology before starting the work) including hire charges for tools and plants, rigs, cost of labour, etc. complete for all depth. (Payment will be made for abandoned pile due to reasons attributable to owner and for empty boring involved in between ground level at the time of casting the piles and cut-off level of piles.) 600 mm dia. piles.

Chipping and removing weak concrete at the top of RCC piles to the cut off level in line and levels carefully, manually / mechanically without damaging the remaining portion of pile and exposing the reinforcement, cleaning the reinforcement off any loose concrete particles, and removing the debris to places pointed out within the project premises as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Carrying out routine vertical load testing of piles having a safe load up to 1200kN in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge. Testing agency shall submit the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer in-charge. Test Load shall be 1.5 times the Safe capacity of pile. Dynamic method of testing is not permitted.

Integrity testing of Pile using Low Strain/ Sonic Integrity Test/ Sonic Echo Test method in accordance with IS 14893 including surface preparation of pile top by removing soil, mud, dust & chipping lean concrete lumps etc. and use of computerised equipment and high skill trained personal for conducting the test & submission of results certified by a Geo-technical expert, all complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing hard core layer of required thickness using 40mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones after compacting the underlying soil, spreading and levelling the stones and then spreading a layer of 6mm downgraded crushed aggregates on top of the broken metal layer and it shall be watered in order to force the crushed fine aggregates into the void spaces of the broken stone and repeat the process till all the voids are filled with crushed fine aggregates right up to the edges of hard core layer, including cost of all materials and labour charges etc, complete.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete work in 1:4:8 mix (1 cement: 4 coarse river sand/manufactured sand: 8 40mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones) including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, cost for bailing out of water, oil, liquid mud etc. from all sources in excavated pits, trenches, etc. complete at all levels as per standard specifications but excluding the cost of shuttering, and as directed by the Engineer in-charge for foundation / levelling course etc.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete work in 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement: 1.5 coarse river sand/manufactured sand: 3 20mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones) including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, cost for bailing out of water, oil, liquid mud etc. from all sources in excavated pits, trenches, etc. complete at all levels as per standard specifications but excluding the cost of shuttering, and as directed by the Engineer in-charge for foundation / levelling course / drains / yards / trenches etc.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-35 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in-charge. (Note: - Cement content considered in this item is @ 350 kg/cum. Excess cement used as per design mix is payable separately) – for all works below plinth level.

Providing and laying factory made precast and well cured cement solid blocks conforming to IS 2185 (Part 1) of 100/150/200 mm thickness, having a compressive strength of 5N/mm2 from approved manufacturer in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 100 / 150mm/200mm / 230mm / 300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar in ratio as specified by the manufacturer, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for separately).

Providing and laying half brick masonry with common burnt modular clay bricks of class designation 5.0 conforming to IS 1077, having a standard size of 190x90x90mm with or without frog, quality conforming to IS 3495 for use in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand (zone - III): 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick hardcore, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth, The rate includes cost of hardcore.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth over brick / RCC, for works of all heights up to 15m above ground level, including all scaffolding works as required.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, minimum 6mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth, for plastering over / under RCC beams, slabs, sunshades etc., for works of all heights up to 15m above ground level, including all scaffolding works as required.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litres / 10sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

Applying one coat of exterior grade water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall / RCC surface.

Providing and applying white cement-based putty of average 2mm thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls / roofs with smooth weatherproof quality acrylic exterior emulsion paint of required shade for new work with two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over exterior primer already applied (ASIAN APEX ULTIMA / BERGER WEATHERCOAT LONGLIFE or equivalents of other approved brands)

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, with two or more coats as per the manufacturers specifications to achieve even shade and colour (ASIAN APCOLITE SHYNE / BERGER EASYCLEAN / NEROLAC BEAUTY SHEEN or equivalents of other approved brands).

Providing and laying fully vitrified polished floor tiles of approved brand, colour and design and finish (matte / glossy) of size 1200x1200mm or 1200x800mm size having minimum thickness of 10mm, with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 laid over a bed of 20-40mm thick dry cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand) with 3mm wide spacers and fixed with cement slurry and grouting the joints of flooring tiles using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting / cleaning and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying rectified ceramic floor tiles of approved brand, colour and design and finish (matte / glossy) of size 600x600mm or 800x800mm size having minimum thickness of 8mm, with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 laid over a bed of 20-40mm thick dry cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand) with 3mm wide spacers and fixed with cement slurry and grouting the joints of flooring tiles using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting / cleaning and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300x450 or higher size, conforming to IS:15622 with a minimum thickness of 6mm, of approved make, in all colours and shades as approved by Engineer in-charge, in walls, skirting, risers of steps and dados, fixed with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477 in average 3 mm thickness laid with or without spacers, on roughened plastered surfaces and grouting the joints of tiles using epoxy grout of desired shade, including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying full body vitrified antiskid stair tread tiles with self-embossed grooves / patterns and bull nose finish and having minimum 12mm thickness, with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 laid over a bed of 20-40mm thick dry cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand) and fixed with cement slurry and grouting the joints of flooring tiles using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting / cleaning and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick fully vitrified stain resistant, mirror polished ceramic tiles for kitchen countertops, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including cutting holes for sinks or handrails, rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Finishing concrete surface to polished finish (matte finish) by grinding, application of stains, densifier (lithium salts), honing, polishing etc as per the guidelines of the manufacturer and directions of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying acid proof tiles after cleaning the cement finished surface well with water and allowing to dry, brushing and removing all dust, apply two coats of approved quality bitumen based primer conforming to IS. 1580 as per manufacture's specification, applying 12 mm thick asphalt membrane with hot melt asphalt free from filler conforming to IS. 1580, then laying acid resistant tiles of class II quality conforming to IS. 4860 over a bed of 6 mm thick potassium based silicate cement mortar conforming to IS. 4832 - part. I & 4441 and joints 5 mm thick, raking the joints to full depth from the top surface, removing the raked-out mortar and filling the entire depth of joints with Furan base resin cement mortar conforming to IS. 4832 - part. II including acid washing curing etc. complete as per relevant IS. 4443 specifications at all heights. with 230x112x38 mm or nearest size tile.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames.

Providing and fixing polyester powder coated aluminium work in frame and shutters for doors, windows, ventilators, and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required diameter and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions with silicone sealants to prevent water ingress i.e., at top, bottom, and sides. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, made tight with EPDM rubber / neoprene gaskets and, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, hinges for shutters and all other necessary fixtures, including aluminium handles and bolts all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer in-charge. (Glazing / panelling to be paid for separately). Powder coating shall be of ivory white colour with a minimum thickness of 50 micron.

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12.5 mm thick tapered edge moisture resistant gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) having BIS certification marks, at all heights including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering up to 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Supplying, conveying, fabrication and erection of mild steel single section members such as channels, angles, tubes, pipes, beams, rods, plates, flats etc. with fixtures such as end stops, clamps, bolts and nuts etc. including charges for cutting, splicing, drilling holes as required, fixing to lines and levels and cleaning and painting as per technical specifications given in specific requirements of work.

Providing and laying 50-100mm thick (compacted) bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder - VG 30 @3.5% of total weight, laid over WMM to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 25mm thick (compacted) semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate), laying to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

The junction boxes supplied shall be Hensel make or equivalent as certified by FEDO Engineer in Charge. Mounting of junction boxes shall be on wall / pedestals etc. as required at a height of 1.5m from floor as per the drawing. The scope shall include supply of fixing hardware required for the same. All spare entries of the junction boxes shall be suitably blanked. Fixing bolts / nuts/ screws shall be stainless steel. The scope includes drilling suitable holes for cable entry. Supply and erection of 65inch Ultra HD (4K 3840*2160) LED Smart Android TV with 2 years full warranty coverage. The TV shall have minimum specification of 2 USB ports, 2HDMI Ports, Ethernet Port with Wi fi and bluetooth connectivity, 2 speakers. TV shall have 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. (Redmi smart TV X65 or equivalent).

Supply and erection of High-Speed Short Collar HDMI 2.0 Cable compatible with Ethernet Projector, Monitor, Television, Personal Computer. Erection scope shall also include laying of HDMI cable through suitable dia PVC conduit.

Supply and erection of cable manager with flip open cover and multi format cables.The cover of Desktop socket could be opened and flip closed. Connectivity options shall include 2Nos Universal power, 1 No USB charger, RG 45 Network cable, VGA port, HDMI 2.0 Cable, 3.5mm Audio cable, TYPE-A USB cable. Supply scope shall also include cables required for connecting USB port, 3.5mm audio jack, VGA cable, LAN cable of required length for connecting the cable manager to the wall mount TV. All required types of connectors and termination of cables shall also be included in the scope of supply. Suitable dia PVC conduit shall be laid on floor for laying of cables.

Supply and erection of POP-UP type sockets mounted in POP-UP boxes (LEGRAND 054011 or equivalent) in conference table. Each set shall include 2 Nos of 6A socket (LEGRAND 573470 or equivalent) in suitable installation kits (LEGRAND 054006 or equivalent).

Supply, fabrication, erection, fixing, epoxy painting and handing over of structural steel items as per drawings enclosed for racks, risers and tray supports, pedestals, DB supports, supports for other equipment, etc. as required. The painting shall be with two coats of epoxy paint over 2 coats of suitable epoxy primer. For other requirements refer sl no. 5.0 of Annexure.

Supply, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and Handing over of maintenance free copper bonded earthing system approved by Kerala state Electrical Inspectorate, comprising of 3 m long, dia. not less than 17 mm, earth electrode of low carbon steel with 250-micron copper bonding on outer surface and having terminals to connect the conductor. The electrode shall be surrounded with suitable environment friendly carbon-based back fill compound. Refer sl no. 6.0 of Annexure.

Supply and erection of PVC covered Aluminium conductors of size 16 sq.mm for DB earthing.

Making wall openings in brick wall of thickness 300mm or below for the purpose of laying cables, and replastering. The charges furnished shall cover supply of all required materials except cement. For other requirements refer sl no. 1.0 of Annexure.

Supply and installation, laying and fixing of 100mm NB Class B GI pipe. The scope shall also include fabrication, bending, welding, etc. wherever applicable. For other requirements refer sl no. 1.0 of Annexure.
