Supply & Installation of M.S. support hollow iron bar on roof top duly fabricated & welded by 25 mm x 25 mm M.S. hollow bar frame with red oxide duly welded size: 12' x 4' x 2 nos. fixing on angle iron frame (40mm x 40mm x 5mm) including 16 nos angle iron support duly painted with red oxide priming and fabricating the same by frust nut arrangement incl. welding & pech chat as per direction of EIC including transportation. Size of the board is (12' x 4' x 2 nos.).

Supply and installation of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) board (7mm thick) of Aludecor/ Alstone). Size : (12' x 4' x 2 nos.) front and all sides except back side of sign board as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of 24 SWG GI Sheet for covering the back side of LED board, Having Size of : (12' x 4' x 2 nos.).

S/F of Acrylic letter inscripted in English front side of the letter to be made 3mm thick imported stabilised excellent to self display. All letter will be cut flately and it to be fixed by special type of glue solution. All letter size including English and Bengali front : (1.5 Ft. x 1 Ft.) x 26 nos. letters. = 39 sq. ft., (1 Ft. x 0.75 Ft.) x 25 nos. Letters. = 18.75 sq. ft. Total = 57.75 Sq. ft. = 8316 sq. inch.

S & F LED (Make- GE/ Samsung/ Osram) lamp (1.5 watt) single run for upper letters & lower letters & Logo incl. best quality LED lighting arrangement to be fixed by proper arrangement with complete connection. (considering 1 LED module for each 6 sq inch area).

S & F water proof 120 watt power supply system IP65, 50Hz frequency, 108 to 305 VAC power supply, >0.95 power factor for LED lamp. (Make- Meanwell/ Samsung).

Supply & fixing and fabrication of Timer control panel on wall comprising of :- i) 230V 25A 3 pole AC power contactor - 1 no. (Make- L&T MNX 25), ii) Dial type Analogue Timer 24 hours capacity, 230V, AC supply.(Make- L&T AUTS03ANA00) iii ) 230V, 25A DP MCB, C type. iv) 230V AC toggle switch, single pole Double throw, 6A, 230V. v) 15A, 8way nutral bar, to be mount on DIN rail with necy interconnection with cu flexible wire ( Finolex / Havells )including ferrule marking & socketing within the double door 12 way SPNDB MCB DB. (Make - Legrand / ABB / Seimens) (For operation of Glow Sign Board)

Hiring Charges for scaffolding arrangements incl. dismantling at the end of work and carriage, per storey of the building per vertical run. (Rates quoted are inclusive of all taxes and cess)
