Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock, chiseling wedging out of rock where blasting in prohibited saturated soil including bailing / pumping out of water, stacking the excavated soil in all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Providing laying jointing and testing in trenches Centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron (Spun) spigot and socketed pressure pipes confirming to IS: 8329-2000 class K7 with inside sulphate resisting portland cement (Conforming to IS: 12330 or 6909 with latest amendments) mortor lining including zinc coating on external surface, suitable for Tyton / (push on joints) short pieces,tail pieces , plugs of required sizes with proper ceiling component in a random length of 5 mtrs including cutting of pipes, chamfering where required. The laying of pipe and jointing shall be as per relevant ISI code and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts (Earth work to be measured and paid for separately). Providing laying joniting and testin gof RCC pipe with spigot joint of class NP-2 completein all respect excluding earth work in trenches within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8 graded stone agg. 40mmnominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two evel 2nd class bricks cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4 sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth ( in channel and foundation plinth) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfactio of the Engineer-in-charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick / concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth cement mortor 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. up to 200mm thickness.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls (under 20cmt wide) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying cement concree 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 sand: 3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in:-

Suspended floor roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up section including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard, bars, ladders, railing brackets and similar works and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing precast SFRCmanhole cover 500mm made of SFRC with frame (heavy duty) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
