Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper cable 1100V, FRLS grade multistranded drawn in and including 20mm PVC conduit totally concealed in walls/ceiling with tee, bend, elbows,junction box etc. with provision of PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity including 2.0mm thick prefabricated galvanised boxes with white modular cover plate of suitable size for fixing modular switches, sockets regulator and connected the earth wire to common earth dolly for One light point/fan point/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down ceiling fan from its position and doing complete overhauling of fan including replacement of fan clamp and split pin, rubber bush, 02 no canopy, fan capacitor of 2.5mfd, 02 no bearings of suiable size, shaft and winding with suitable copper wire and other spares including painting with synthetic enamel paint over a paint of primer refixing the same after repairs complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down Exhaust/wall mounted fan of any size from its position and doing complete overhauling of fan including replacement of fan clamp and split pin, rubber bush, fan capacitor of 4.0mfd, 02 no bearings of suiable size, shaft and other spare parts including painting with synthetic enamel paint over a paint of primer and refixing the same after repairs complete all as specified and directed . .

Note : 1.The Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of supply and fixing of bracket for fixing of indoor and outdoor unit in wall at any height as directed . 2. Labour only for Forming embankment including raising (or lowering) earth,spreading in layers n exe 30cm thick watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc not exceeding 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed Note:- (i) Soil for forming the embankment shall be used from soil obtained from excavation vide Item no 30, Morram from Item No 39 and balance quantity of soil from the soil already availaible at site and the quoted rates shall be for labour only of forming embankment. (ii) Removal of soil availble at site to the embankment location if required shall be measured and paid under item no 32 and 33 as applicable at site. (iii) Tenderers are advised to visit the site and quote their rates accordingly , nothing extra shall be admissible on this account at any later stage.

M & L for Chemical Earthing with UL listed Copper bonded rod of 254 microns coating thickness and 3.048 mtr length . Cross section of the earth electrode shall be 490 sq.mm. Earth rod clamp of required size should be made up of copper bonded material. Earth enhancement compund of 50kg producing low resistance below 0.018 Ω mtr of an earth termination system. Material of the earthing enhancing compound shall be chemically inert to subsoil. It shall not pollute the environment.The compound shall be tested and certified as per IEC 62561-7 .Earth Chamber Should have an outer dimension of 300 mmX 300 mm X 200 mm made of polypropylene material . Flush Mounted, removable and lockable cover of the earth pit should be able to withstand 50kN. Installation of earth electrode can be done by means of core cutting and auguring (bore well) complete all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and as directed. [Note:(i) The unit rate shall be deemed to include for excavation & earth work in any type of soil, RCC Concrete floor core cutting of around 3ft depth and borewell for 3mtrs and cementing the same to floor level.

Supply and fixing copper strip of size 20X 3 mm with saddles with required porcelian insulator , fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Test Point Terminal Box of size 200 X 100 X 100mm made out of 2mm thick hot dip galvanised sheet, drilled and screwed including 6 Nos 15mm long hexagonal head screws complete with Test Point Terminal Block made of Gun Metal or Phosphorus Bronze of size 75 X 75 X 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of Cable Drum with 20 meters of single core 6 sq.mm copper Flexible cable fixed with crocodile clip. Cable drum should be made up of high-grade thermoplastic material with 310 mm diameter & operating knob for drum rotation . It should be shock proof & thermal excursion. Fixed in portable stand for easy handling. Cable drum should be wound with said flexible cable. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting existing road /PCC /drain for laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the exisitng surface with PCC 1:3:6 type CI using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.
