Topographical survey work, with total station, of total area of proposed project including spot levels on roads (@ 10m interval) , width of road , material of construction of all the roads and existing features (such as property line, telephone post, electric post, water valve chambers, existing manholes, water stand post, etc.) , land marks upto 5m on each side of the right of way and on roads.The scope of work includes surveying of all existing open & covered drains and invert level @ 10m interval. The alignment and diameter of exisiting under ground storm water pipe conduit to be surveyed and invert levels of each and every manholes along the length of the pipe to be recorded. If required trial pit to be excavated but limited to 2 (two) nos. for each length of road (payments to be made as per actual). For doing survey job of exiting manhole required sweeper or mathor to be arranged by the survey agency. The scope of work also includes the formation of contour drawing. Benchmark has to be established by flying the level from nearest permanent bench mark as per instruction of client. (Submission in three hardcopies and one soft copy).
