CONSULTANCY SERVICES (all as per Tender enquiry & Scope of Work; including GST as applicable and refer Appendix 'A' scope of consultancy services and as per para

Details planning, engineering and design with line plans and schematic drawings, layout including preparation of DPR, master plan, bill of quantities, estimation, Approximate Estimate Part I & II based on DSR/Market with analysis and supporting documentation etc., complete for following works :- a) Survey and assessment of feasibility for construction of perimeter road adjacent to the existing boundary wall at some of the low lying /steeper/undulated locations. b) Preparation of complete drainage plan in ACEM technical area. Feasibility of provisioning and connecting storm water drain and disposal of storm water away from buildings and from defence land / connecting to the culverts and suggest corrective measures for restricting /Diverting water flow towards the buildings specially having under ground pits (Total area – 600 Acres Approximately) c) survey/Assess existing HVAC system thoroughly and suggest the necessary rectification, replacement, upgradation etc and suggest if any corrective/rectification measure for smooth functioning of system at ACEM Nasik (including BOQ with estimate). Augmentation and upgradation of central Air conditioning of of AHU’s Water & Air cooled chillers, VRF units etc complete (Total Tonnage Approx -1600 TR) d) Review existing hardware, LT panel, Electric mains and sub-mains power layout and controls; and suggest comprehensive distribution plan including specification and layout for Main Panels and sub-Distribution panels etc. considering existing and proposed buildings and services. Detailed investigation and Examination of existing Electrical power supply Network and collect the information regarding further requirement and suggest if any corrective/rectification measure including power back up system, for smooth functioning of system at ACEM Nasik (including BOQ with estimate). Augmentation and upgradation of 33 KV/11 KV line including ring main connected through PLC controlled MRS & Substation (11 KV/415V), Distribution of loads and corrective measures and report on health conditioning of Transformer 02 Nos – 2000KVA), 1000KVA DG Set, VCB’s all other connected substation equipments and panels etc., complete. e) Detailed investigation and Examination of existing Fire Fighting /Hydrant and Fire Alarm system thoroughly and suggest the necessary rectification replacement, upgradation etc and suggest if any corrective/rectification measure for smooth functioning of system including for further requirement for assets at ACEM Nasik (including BOQ with estimate). Augmentation and upgradation of Fire fighting System including ring main system, deluge system inside Technical buildings and functionality test and corrective measures and report on health conditioning of deluge, pumps and Fire fighting pump house etc complete (Total Existing length 25 km Approximately). f) Detailed investigation and Examination of existing External Water Supply system thoroughly and suggest the necessary rectification replacement, upgradation etc and suggest if any corrective/rectification measure for smooth functioning of system including for further requirement for assets at ACEM Nasik (including BOQ with estimate). Augmentation and upgradation of water supply system with in ACEM campus including functionality test and corrective measures and report on health conditioning of water treatment plant and pumps etc complete (Total Existing length 20 km Approximately). g) Identification of Ground water level at 05 (five) location through GSDA (Ground water survey and Development agency), Govt of Maharashtra OR any other approved agency)

Carrying out topographical survey of the area with total station, giving traverse of surveyed area, spot levels at 10.0m x 10.0m center to center interval, land, marking of existing major structures, alignment of existing roads, other structures/ details and major trees with girth more than 30cm at 1.00M above ground level, showing contours at 1.00m interval etc all complete including culverts and with invest level existing drain and submission of Topographical (10m X 10.0m grid) survey with 1.0 meter contour interval. Master plan indicating the buildings with finished floor level cross drainages, culverts, road site drain with invest levels, road top level, at all junction and in front of buildings, marking of all above ground level features etc complete.
