SHUTTER AND LAMINATE FINISH

Providing fixing, installation at site. Side and back

storage unit 450 deep made out of 18/12/8mm thick

plywood IS 710 grade where ever required as per

drawing with vertical and horizontal devisions as per

design with drawers and 8mm thick Glass Profile

Slider shutters, lockable with all handware like auto

hinges, tower bolt, magnetics catcher, handle and

lock of approved quality. The cabinet should be

raised 75/100mm above floor. Inside 1 MM thickness

balancing laminate. Exposed outside surface

finished with 1MM thickness standard grade laminate

of approved design and make. All exposed edges

finished with first quality Teakwood biddings to be

finished in melamine polishing as per drawing and

direction of engineer in charge.

2 Providing and installation of linear workstation having 10.00 5575.20 Rmt

approx size 1200 (L) x 720 (D) x 750/1200 MM (H) of

partition, comprising of MS powder coated partition

panels of thickness 60 mm(double skinned system),

with powder coated MS frames inside of 16 guage.

Infills are of partical board with cladding of 9mm thk

particle board tiles on both sides. Fascia/surface of

the panel can be given in fabric/soft board/ white

board/half glass. All exposed profiles, connectors are

in powder coated aluminium. The horizontal bottom

of each panel will be given with an inbuilt wire

management system of 100mm ht covered by MS

powder coated raceway panel. A pair of Level

adjusters are provided with each panel. All worktops

are in 25mm thk prelaminated MDF with edge lipping

& vertical legs are in 18mm thk prelaminated MDF

with lipped edges. Along with metal cpu trolly and

metallic key board tray (ebco make). Each work

station should be provided with modular Electrical

fittings with 3 switch and 3 sockets, and One LAN

point at the down part of work station (No

extra/additional cost will be paid for conduit, wireing

CAT-6 etc. Contractor should provide all necessary

installation, commissioning etc. The quoting price

should be inclusive of all types of taxes & duties

packing, forwarding, loading, unloading, installaion.

As per detail drawing & choice of users department

and Concern officers in charge as directed by the

engineer in charge.

1 The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the

Engineer-In-Charge for which no extra payment shall be made.

2 The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

3 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills.

4 In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt. G.R.:

PRC-10/2017 Cement Consumption/16/C Date:11/05/2017 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C.

items where there is a change as per actual mix design the cost of difference of cement consumption

have been deducted from the rate of original item at the rate of input rate mentioned in all the tender.
