24.2:Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (Cup lock type ) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and / or pointing and / or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - ( 1) The evaluational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose, (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items of such works.

OD281685/2025-2026:providing and fixing Aluminium Trafford sheet pre coated ( size , shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer - in - charge ) 0.45 mm total coated Thickness with Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS : 277 , in240 mpa steel grade , 5 - 7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyster top coat 15 - 18 microns . Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during Tranportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metres or as desired by Engineer - in - charge . The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size ( 505 * 55 mm ) with EPDM seal , complete up to any pitching horrizontal / Vertical or curved surfaces , Excluding the cost of Purlins , Rafters and Trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required .

12.51.1:Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screwscomplete :Ridges plain (500-600 mm)
