Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Charges for Air Conditioners at RIICO Office, Udyog Bhawan as per details mentioned below. The scope of work shall consists of following : i) Repair of All the Air Conditioners as & when required including replacement of all parts necessary for making the AC in good working condition. ii) Re-filling of the AC gas as & when required for making the AC in working condition.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance contract of VRV Air Conditioner System as per details mentioned below. The scope of work shall consists of following: The services will be provided under the AMC four routine services Air Filter immediate attendance of break down if any refrigerant gas charging conditions apply it necessary. The spare parts shall be replaced free of cost in case of any breakdown during the AMC Compressor, Fan Motor, PCB, Magnetic Switch, Transformer and other Electrical Parts of ACC. The spare parts which are not covered under AMC are as Circuit Breaker MCB Sequencer, Sheet Metal Parts, Remote Handset if Mishandling broken, Evaporator Coils Voltage Stabilizer Scanners, Condenser Coils Front Grill Assy Plastic Cover Panel any damages due to site conditions rates insects are not cover under AMC.
