Dismantling kota, granite, cudappah stone slabs and interlocking tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone flooring 18 to 22 mm thick (size of kota stone slab 18"x22") laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror polishing including removing dust complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2.00 here in before but 15-18 mm thick as in risers to steps and skirting laid over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and as directed. Note : Risers provided to steps shall be in one piece.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slabs 18 to 22 mm thick as in treads of steps of stair case in single piece with 2 nos V groove cutting laid over and including 10 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including, rounding and moulding edges, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18 to 20mm thick pre-polished granite stone slab of approved shade and colour as in table top, top of WHB, kitchen slab/platform, gate pillars, cills etc or on vertical surfaces including vertical projection, urinal partition, including full round moulding the edge, laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 jointing, pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture or pigment to match the shade of granite and rubbing, polishing to achieve mirror finish complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Colour and shade shall be as approved by GE.

M&L for 60mm thick, factory made, chamfered edge, cement concrete interlocking paver blocks (glossy/ rubber matt finish) of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Size, shape, pattern and shade shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces as dado of size 450x300x6-7mm/300mmx600mmx6-7mm, thick set and jointed in neat cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on other than fair faces of brick work etc complete all as specified & directed. Note: Color, size and shade shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed. Note: Color and shade shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for Vitrified tiles double charged (light shade) 8 to 9mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm (600x600mm), as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match with tile laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Color and shade shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge

S&F pressed steel doors frames of size 105 mm x 60 mm x 1.25 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hold fasts lock strike plate, etc. including filling with PCC 1:3:6 type C0 complete as specified and as directed. Note: MS butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S&F 35 mm thick, second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, factory made, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., divided in to squares with plain, chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., for windows and ventilators, etc are provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Pt I Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35 mm thick second class hard wood, factory made, plain framed panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. M & L for Water proofing treatment to floor & vertical surfaces of sunken portion complete comprising the following (floor area of WC/Bath not exceeding 1.5 sqm) :- (a) After demolition of floor and lime concrete etc. remove all loose particles along with existing water proofing treatment (any no. of layers) with wire brushes and cleaning the surfaces with water. (b) Brushing cement slurry with 1.2 kg of cement per square meter duly blended with & including water proofing compound. (c) 15mm thick (Average thickness) plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WP compound on sunken surface including walls. (d) Applying self adhesive type APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm (e) M&L for PCC 1:7:12 for fillin of sunken portion after conceling all membrane and sealing all joints to the entire with broken bats and light weight, and provide hole in the wall and fix 600 mm long 20 mm dia GI spouts light grade, PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) filling complete all as satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note- The rates include for drilling of the hole RCC @ 1.00 m centre to centre, to a depth to a length of 30 mm and fixing of PVC pipes of dia 15/20 mm laid dry and grouting with cement slurry mixed with can bax 100 chemical with pressure grouting with minimm 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs, for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet, comprising with the following treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish outside MD land. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 with mixing of WPC as per manufacturers instructions and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured & paid separately.
