Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground (Posts embedded in, Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling chain link fencing, barbed wire, or any type and pattern complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface, work in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild Steel work for for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for mild steel round bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Gd I, IS-432 Part I complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 5-10mm dia of shank mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:1 ½ :3 type A-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate in sColumns, pillars, piers, posts and strutsand the like complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars of 6mm to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions, work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for MS framed work as in Banks, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; will ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm thick Granite black jet colour in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete including molding the edges complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and arches pillar etc but excluding ashlar fasing dressed stone work and pre cast concret articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

ditto as per item No 1.19 hereinbefore above but except brick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete type B2(1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping /paving complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rough cast plaster including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Rough cast plaster finished to be as below:- After applying the under coat of cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregate are thoroughly covered.)

M&L for mild steel work as in grills over compound walls incl of ornamental design as approved by the Eng-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Prepation of new surfaces of steel any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Prepation of old surfaces of steel any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Prepation of new surfaces of steel any description n. exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of New surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Cement Based Paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
