Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr deep in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Retuning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1 of size 250mm x 150 mm x 40 mm laid flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement GI tubing 50mm dia light grade on poles or under road crossing/ for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road pavement, hard standing by trench less technology suitable to insert 100 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement 3 pole AC power contactor of cap 95 Amp, 415 volt three phase complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver with grey cement confirming to IS -15658-2000 of 60 mm thickness , M-35 grade as in path , hard standing etc laid over and including 25 mm compacted sand cushioning , including 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including surface excavation over area n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and remving excavated soil exc 50 mtr but n. exc 250 mtr, at any installation as per requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Complete removal of the wild grass/ vegetation from surrounding area of SEWAGE Well installations area for each sewage well and making the surface clear and plain and spraying roundup chemical on the same clean area as directed after removing and depositing the same at a distance not less than 50 mtr away from the site complete all as specified. Note:- T&P machinary will be provided by the contractor.Cleaning should be done regular per month otherwise penalty of Rs. 300/ per day per well for non cleaned surrounding area.

S&F Electric Resistance Insulated Rubber Floor mat sheet of size 1mx2mx25mm thick ISI marked and equivalent colour as per direction with fixing mtrls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing old paint from surface of LT panel by scraping,rubbing and making good surface for painting and applying powder coated spary painting with existing colour complete as specified and directed.

M&L for attending any type pump/motor/LT panels/DGs/Starters complaint at Sewage well and rectify the same, rates are also included for replacement of thimbles any type and any size with nut-bolts and cable jointing with tap, gland packing, greasing in pumps/valves with all connected items all as specified by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: Complaint should be rectify within 06 Hrs otherwise a penalty of 250 Rs per day will be imposed.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply MS/CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 300 dia size including necessary excavation required for taking out burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint or necessary fitting required as per site properly including welding work and making the pipe line leak proof completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Complaint shall be attended within 24 hours and rectified accordingly otherwise penalty @ rate quoted or Rs.400/- per job whichever is more shall be imposed.

M& L for earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 x60x6 mm thick , buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with using galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts , nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate no 5 , with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level , surrounded from all sides by charcoal dust and common salt in alternative layers of 15 cm depth and earth connected with equipment by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and connection to earth mesh including welding and complete with charcoal after installing earth strip , earth work and filling pit with PCC 12:4 type B-1 and pre cast RCC cover mix (1:1:5:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down rusted old UNSV LT Panel outdoor covers and M&L for Outdoor covers of LT panel board of existing size , outer shell made out of 3.1 mm thick MS sheet with front openable and back bolt openable lockable, followed by powder coated painting having thickness not less than 100 microns complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 154805.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit attached in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
