The energizer shall conform to the latest applicable BIS Standard for Electric Fence Energizers (IS 302 Part 2/Section 76 or its latest revision/amendment) and shall bear a valid BIS Standard Mark (ISI) as applicable under the Government of India Quality Control Order. The energizer shall be suitable for operation with a 12 V battery and solar photovoltaic charging system and shall incorporate High/Low power selection, lightning and surge protection, reverse polarity protection, short-circuit and overload protection, pulse indication, battery status indication, and all standard safety features. The item includes supply, transportation, installation, testing, commissioning and all incidental accessories complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The manufacturer shall provide a minimum two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
