PROVIDING CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARATION OF ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL AND OTHER SERVICES, DRAWINGS FOR THE WORK OF PROVIDING SERVICES WORKS TO THE BASEMENT, GROUND AND FIRST FLOOR OF THE EXISTING SUPERSPECIALITY HOSPITAL BUILDING IN THE PREMISES OF HIMS AT HASSAN.

To qualify for the award of the consultancy Services each consultant/firm in its name should have in the last year i.e (2020-21 to 2024-25) Specific experience of the consultants related Assignment (At least two similar Hospital nature of work Such as preparation of plans & estimates of buildings including services such as PHE, internal& external electrification, fire fighting, OT,HVAC etc., and Architectural, Structural and other services Drawings (Minimum Project cost of Value Rs.926.85 Lakh) The completion certificate should have been issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of Government, Semi Government or Autonomous bodies of State or Central Government. Note. Hospital Buildings (20 points each)-40 points, Other buildings (10 points each) - 20 points.

Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology

Master plan, Overall Building Design Approach, Study of surrounding developments, Building Design and elevation, Environment study of storm water and sewage disposal as per NBC & IPHS Norms

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff (CV of 1 Team Leader, (1 Team Leader, 1 Deputy Team Leader(Architect), 1 Structural Engineer, 1 Quantity Surveyor,1 Mechanical Engineer, 1 Electrical & 1 PHE Engineer) will be considered) for detailed marks allocation refer Annexure - C-a)Qualification-12 points, b)Experience to related project-27, c)Experience in region and language-6-Total 45.
