Maintenance of landscaping garden area in front of New Integrated Terminal Building over Car Park area and on side of Entry or Exit Road at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata during the year 2026 27

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yardstick in the garden area i.e. lawn, hedge, trees, shrubs, herbs ground cover, rockeries, seasonal beds, foliage, creepers, etc. i/c hoeing, lawn mowing, hedge cutting, watering, weeding, pruning, clipping of ground covers, replacement of plants, gap filling, grass cutting by lawn mower and bush cutter, cleaning& removal of garden rubbish, applying insecticides and pesticides (wherever required), top dressing of lawn with manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by Engineer-in- charge. (60,000 sqmt X12 months=720000.00 sqmt)

Supply of seasonal plants/seedlings, pitunia/ dahlia /dianthus / incamery gold / phlox / salvia / gazania species / French merigold / poppy species / sweet william / zinnia species / dwarf sungold sunflower / gaillardia / cosmos flower etc. in thumb pot and plantation as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Vermin compost at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of DAP at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Urea at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of following floral items :- a) Garlands (Marigold) of 2.5 ft. length - 1500 No.s, b) Rose Petals - 15 Kg, c) Ornamental cut flower - rose, Gladulous and gerbera, carnation etc. - 30 Kg, d) Rose sticks - 75 No.s, e) Gladulous sticks - 75 No.s, f) leaves - 10 Kg and making floral arrangements including decoration / making Rangoli etc. in front of Netaji Statue and surrounding area on occasion of Netaji Jayanty, all complete as per satisfaction and direction of Engg-in-charge. (Necessary extra / deductions will be incorporated on actual basis at the time of payment)

Supply of following floral items: - a) Garlands (Marigold) - 500 No.s, b) Ornamental cut flower - rose, Gladulous and gerbera - 8 Kg, c) leaves - 4 Kg and making floral arrangements including decoration / making Rangoli etc. in front of Netaji Statue, inside Terminal Building as per requirement and other areas on the occasion of Independence Day / Republic Day Celebration, all complete as per satisfaction and direction of Engg-in-charge. (Necessary extra / deductions will be incorporated on actual basis at the time of payment)

Providing and stacking of Tradescantia spathacea bushy of height 30-45 cm. with 3-4 well developed branches fresh and healthy foliage in poly bag of size 20 cm as per direction of the Engg-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Polyscias fruticosa variegata bushy of height 60-75 cm. with 3-4 well developed branches fresh and healthy foliage in poly bag of size 20 cm as per direction of the Engg-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Pandanus amaryllifolius bushy of height 30-45 cm. with 3-4 well developed branches fresh and healthy foliage in poly bag of size 20 cm as per direction of the Engg-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Dracaena Victoria bushy of height 120-150 cm. with 3-4 well developed branches fresh and healthy foliage in poly bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the Engg-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Bougainvillea named variety, Sobhra, Thima, Marry palmar, Cherry Blossom etc. well developed with fresh & healthy bushy plant in full bloom of height 75-90 cm. in poly bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the Engg-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Acalypha or Murraya exotica or Golden duranta bushy of height 60-75 cm. with 3-4 well developed branches fresh and healthy foliage in poly bag of size 20 cm as per direction of the Engg-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Tamarix dioicia or equivalent bushy of height 45-60 cm. with 3-4 well developed branches fresh and healthy foliage in poly bag as per direction of the Engg-in-charge.

Removal of existing soil up to a depth of 60 cm and disposing of within a lead of 500 m, refilling the same with newly supplied earth and sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of earth and 1 part of sludge or manure), after breaking clods and thorough mixing, thereafter flooding with water, filling with additional earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, levelling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling as directed, within a lead of 500m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (rate includes cost of sludge, manure labour and tools).
