OD219793/2024-2025:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 1-3 HP Vacuum motor pump set , D.O.L starter ,controlling electrical accessories , etc including attending all repairs , reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , dismantling and refitting , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump, maintenance of the motor pump sets , starter pipes and valves electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition(excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc)all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed

OD219795/2024-2025: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 31-60 HP slip ring induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board, etc ,including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter , replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling and maintenance of pump, motor and starter through out the year as required ( excluding motor rewinding ,works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc) and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .

OD219796/2024-2025: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of up to 10 HP squirrel cage induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board, etc, including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter , replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling and maintenance of pump, motor and starter through out the year as required( excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc ) and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .

OD224757/2024-2025:Dismantling the 31-60 HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings attending minor repairs, re taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the windings, reassembling, including scrapping, cleaning and painting with enamel paint.

OD224758/2024-2025:Refitting 31-60 HP motor, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load

OD224759/2024-2025:Dismantling the 31-60 HP starters by parts draining out the oil, cleaning the tank, terminal contacts, cutting, leveling and polishing the contacts, cleaning contacts wherever necessary, checking the tripping mechanism, replacing the damaged wires, attending minor repairs, cleaning the oil,(in case of oil starters ), refitting, resetting and making the starter in good working condition.
