Stage Décor with Light and sound requirement in accordance with the overall programme (Size of the stage 52ft x 32ft) The height of the Stage shall be 4ft above from the ground level.The total décor work, Stage, sound, lighting and other allied works executed by the Vendor should be ready by 4:00pm on 03/01/2023 for final inspection of concerned authorities of the Commission. Incase any deficiencies are noticed in terms of work, it shall be the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that necessary corrections are made to the satisfaction of ESG before 04/01/2023 by 4.00 pm

Staircase & Ramps for Wheelchairs as per the harmonized guidelines 2021 on either side of the stage – 2 nos.

Lighting as per requirement including illumination of Venue at Inox Courtyard, ESG Courtyard, Old GMC Sound and Wireless/Cordless Microphones as per requirement with man Power, Light Engineer, Sound Engineer Technicians etc as required. Stage Lights- Warm LED Par cans, Sharpy’s, Profile Lights with iris, colored LED Pars, avolite board, follow spots of Inox Courtyard.

Green Room for artists SIZE 3mtrs x 3mtrs- 2nos, Back stage arrangements, Properties for the stage including ceremonial lamp, presentation trays etc, Platform for Media/ Doordarshan with riser at Inox Courtyard , Teleprompters, Projectors, Screens, Mics at Eight conference venues at Maquinez Palace, Art Gallery & Old GMC.

Exhibition stalls Total number of 100 Exhibition stalls size of 3mtrs x 3mtrs. 15 food stalls size 3mtrs x 3mtrs with a provision of kitchen space behind each stall. A Pandal of 200 Sqmts with appropriate furniture. Exhibition stalls with all the furniture arrangements. Every stall should be with appropriate lighting fans and electrical points. Food court with appropriate seating arrangements having round tables and chairs with a proper Goan Village Theme. Providing 3 Dimensional Art Décor installation at VVIP entrance façade at the venue with complete lighting as required – 2 Nos.

Providing 3 Dimensional Art Décor installations at the ESG Venue inside premises, - 06 nos. on various themes with complete lighting of the all the Art Décor Installations. The Art Installations should also serve as photo opp. The art installations design and theme needs to be shown to the State Commission for approval. The vendor will recommend suitable locations for installations in keeping with delegate density, photo opp, visibility of installations etc.

Providing Fabric Printing & Branding on both sides with vertical & horizontal support as required ensuring wrinkle free suspensions of flag size 5ft x 3.5 ft to be fixed on poles at different locations at a height of 14 ft from the ground to ensure vehicle clearance. (14 feet from the base of the banner) (Art Work to be provided by State Commission)

Providing VVIP Lounge at ESG Venue with-10 nos. of strong and sturdy sofa sets with leather finish in white and normal hand rest, 10 nos. of wooden teapoys with glass top of size 3 ft x 18 inches and 2nos. of wooden banquet tables, with strong and sturdy Wooden Platform and Steps as required and Red Carpet of 5 mm thickness. Providing Mojo barricading (One lane black color) for block wise seating arrangements including Masking, Flex Printing and Branding. (Art Work to be provided by the State Commission)

Supply 50nos strong and sturdy Two Seater sofa with leather finish in black/ approved colour and normal hand rest for 03 days. Supply and placing on rental basis banquet chairs having steel body frame 2000nos. (For all Three days)

Purple colour street lighting from Divja Circle to D.B Marg, Lighting of old Mandovi Bridge, facing City.

Accessible Signage’s inside the auditorium for directional purpose, Venue/Zone identification, Seating Plan (Marking of Chairs/Sofas and Rows), Entry/Exit Points, Utilities, Parking Zone, Entry and Drop off Zone for VVIP/Public etc. All creative’s for signages to be pre approved by State Commission.

Arrangement with 2 nos of generators with necessary power backup through silent DG Set for all the 03 days. Power Supply will not be provided by the Commission. Ensure uninterrupted power through silent D.G sets of required capacity with necessary safety precautions including POL, manpower for operation and maintenance and the installations for the same shall be done in an area pre-assigned by the Commission. The D.Gs should be nicely placed at assigned location with complete enclosure/masking and the entire wiring should be through conduits and nicely placed/fixed.

The Venue will have a Venue Manager with a requisite support team comprising technical/other manpower with contact details that will coordinate with the Commission during the execution and festival period. The Vendor will have to submit details about the personnel/suppliers and other support staff engaged by it for the smooth conduct of various activities during the fest.Detailed Creative Concept design containing the complete aspects.

Fresh flower décor for stage 52 ft, Conceptualization, Designing, Layout, red carpet arrangements of all the 03 days of Purple Fest 2023.Detailing of work/activities, layout drawing, Specifications – Size, quantity, type of material to be used and installations locations as per schedule, Cultural Programmes, Human Resources, ground management, Venue Construct etc., structure, work plan, implementation strategy etc.

The creative concept, design submitted by the EMA if required alteration, addition, deletion as per site and festival requirement must be carried out by the EMA as directed by Commission at any point and no extra payment will be charged. The lighting for the décor work must be in consonance with overall concept design.Storage, Maintenance, Safety and Security of all materials that is procured, manufactured or fabricated during the execution period and also responsible for maintenance of the assigned area and festival venue and they must be kept clean/ tidy during the execution and during the fest

Maintenance, monitoring and watch and ward of the Structures, Installations, Equipments /Works undertaken by the Vendor and other infrastructure, safety of all fittings and fixtures during the festival period. All the equipments/ materials/ items of work etc., must have proper finish and should be free from rust, corrosion and any other material/ manufacturing defects/damages. All the wiring and the cabling use for the décor work or any other lighting/sound should be properly ducted using cables/wires managers and no live wires/cables etc., should be left open. The cables/wires and other electrical items used should be of ISI/BIS standard.

Providing hi-fi sound system for performances with PAS (3 way flying system) and Coordinated stag speaker set with required numbers of podium mikes etc. Sound system with adequent tops and base bins, 2 delays stacks and stage monitors, cordless mikes, lapel mikes, podium milkes, tripod mikes, mike stand (big & small), drum kit mikes, reverb effect(lexicon), digital mixers and switcher at Inox Courtyard.

2000 nos of Delegates Kits comprising of Bags, Mugs, T-shirts, Caps, Program Planner & 2000nos 250grms of cashew packets.

Providing Ceremonial Lamp and lamp lighting kit for opening ceremony, Floral decoration of stage, Housekeeping of venue and premises for the entire duration of the festival.2 nos of generators to run the entire Lighting and Air conditioning Load of the Stadium through silent DG Set for all the 03 days.

Live performance by Shankar Mahadevan Academy (Joyful Choir), Ritwik Rajan, We are One, RBI Rajesh Sudhani, Kanamma, Abhay Kumar Sharma, Udaan, Divya Arora, DJ Aamish, Bhangra Punjab etc

Report - After the event is over a detailed Report along with achievement, photo coverage of the event (hard & soft copy), has to be submitted to this office. The report should contain realistic recommendations for future endures, failure will result 5% of the contract amount.
