M&L Pre-painted Semi-Circular galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe 410 Gde E-250, Quality 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built-in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound finished fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring with 3 runs(N+P+E) of 1.5 Sqmm single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including concealed PVC conduit pipe of medium duty not less than 15 mm dia including necessary PVC conduit specials and connecting with suitable size thimble complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 3 runs of 1.5 Sqmm size PVC copper cable, and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

All as per item No 32 here-in above but wiring with 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor.

Supply, laying & connecting of LT cable 10 Sqmm 4 core 1100 volt XLPE incl all necessary earth work complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated soil/sand/unserviceable LT Cable for laying of cable and getting out complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness all complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Only punned down sand thickness 18CM shall be measured and paid

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and laying old size bricks, laid flat ie length of brick shall be laid across the cable, common burnt clay building bricks sub class `B' designation 75 complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing road/hardstand of any type by using crow bar chisel up to a depth of 30 cm for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm dia GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nut bolt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI or steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below ground level connected to GI earth strip 4 Sqmm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point /transformer nuetral/body/ Lt panel etc. and testing on completion, complete all as specified & directed.
