8.0 OPENING OF TENDER :

9.0 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :-

a. The cost of tender document will not be refunded under any circumstances.

b. EMD in the form specified in tender document only shall be receipted. E.M.D. shall be valid up to 165 days.

c. The offer shall be valid for 120 days from the last date of receipt of tenders.

d. Conditional tender shall not be accepted.

e. Government reserves the right to lowest responsive offer based on evaluation of tender & reject any or all
