Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Solar Panels as per specification in the bid dcoument.Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Roof Top 50 kWp grid interactive Solar Power plant (Bifacial mono perc half cut technology) with 5 years comprehensive warranty & maintenance, complete set as per specification including PV array,invertor,optimiser, solar meter, net meter ,power conditioning unit, AC DB, DC DB, DC cables dc Cable termination, dc and ac junction boxes. This also includes alll the liaison works involved, including preparation of schematic drawings, facilitation of statutory inspection for obtaining approval from Electrical inspectorate and KSEB Ltd.

AC UG CABLE LAYING: Supply and laying, of following sizes of 1.1kV XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor (A2XFY) UG Cable through HDPE pipe/DWC/cable tray/hume pipe, through wall/ excavating trenches as per site conditions including supply and fixing of clamping materials.

LT CABLE TERMINATION: Supply and providing indoor end termination of following sizes of 1.1KV XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed Al conductor (A2XFY) UG Cable including supply of necessary steel glands, Aluminium lugs and gland earthing by copper shim etc complete. (One set means terminatiuon of one cable end with cable gland 4 terminal sockets)

EARTHING

Supply & Labour charges for Providing efficient pipe earth stations using 38mm dia 2.5m long GI pipe electrode, filling salt sand and charcoal, construction of earth chamber and covering with heavy duty cast iron cover hinged to cast iron frame, including excavation and refilling. inclusive of and all connected civil works

Installation of following sizes of copper flats/wires for earthing of HT switch yard equipment, isolators, push button stations, distribution boards, etc and interconnection of earth pits as per IS standards. Earth strip/ wires shall be taken through GI pipes/ cable trays/ hume pipes/ trenches etc whereever necessary. Rate shall be inclusive of connected civil works, necessary tinning, providing sockets and end termination of copper strips/ wires with all accessories required for the completion of works.

LIGHTINING ARRESTOR

Supply and installation of Lightning conductor made of Copper as per IS standards.

Supply and installation of earth strip, 25x6mm hot dipped galvanized steel for earthing lightning conductors as per IS standards with insulators/non-conducting pipe, saddles etc.

STRUCTURAL SUPPORT: Supply, fabrication and erection in position structural steel works (GI) for supporting solar PV panels, control panels, etc., including riveting, welding, with all necessary nuts, bolts, rivets, gussets, plates, etc., complete including painting 2 coats of metallic primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make finished to even shade.
