Design, Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of on Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) Sewage Treatment Plant of 75 KLD in one module of 75 kld capacity (excluding Civil construction work) for the following duty Sewage treatment plant shall include the following items Screen chambers with SS Screen as per the technical specification. (iii) Automatic Fine Screen (Rotary Drum Type) with Self Cleaning Backpulse arrangement - MOC: SS 304, Flow Rate: As per Vendor , Provision for Overflow & Drain. With Greated Motor - 15 to 20 RPM & required torque for continuous operation.

Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of automatic belt type oil skimmer SS for grease trap of suitable size of minimum1200mm liquid depth in brick work of class 75 with cement mortar (1:6), inside plastering 16 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 with floating coat of neat cement and rough plaster on outside. Including SS bucket to collect the grease. (suitable of 75 KLD flow)

Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of MS hot dip galvanized puddle flanges in accordance to BS:10 table D as required to be provided (in the structural slab and wall) of various diameters. Puddle flanges shall be provided for all the structural component of the STP. For the installation of the puddle flanges vendor to depute the engineer to the same at the required levels & position.

Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of plastic manhole step / foot rest (@ 300 mm c/c) with polypropelene compound injection molded around 16 mm dia (Fe-415) steel reinforcing bar. Provision of the foot rest is envisaged in all the tanks/ components of the STP for the purpose of accessability. The installation of the foot rest shall be done by the civil contractor as per civil GA drawing

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of double seal CI medium duty rectangular manhole cover with frame for the feasibility of access in the tank with locking arrangement. Size : 600 x 900x 10 mm thick (Approximate 45 Kg weight)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of non clogging type pumps having CI casing & SS impeller complete with all accessories, motor of required capacity including pressure gauge on delivery line with isolation cock, isolation valve, check valve, flow meter, level switch, level controller (with wiring) to control the level of sump automatically. Pumps shall have following duty Submersible Sewage Pumps for transfer of Effluent from EQT to Anoxic Tank (1 working + 1 Standby) Flow rate (each) - 3.75 cubic meter /Hr Head (Mtr) - 15 m (Solid handling size for this pump shall be 30 to 50 mm). Provision of guide ropes to guide submersible pump from upper level to operational level in sump basin with channels / angle section of MSEP shall be made by the STP contractor

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Chemical Cleaning system comprising Chemical Cleaning tank filled with Sodium Hypochlorite solution in required proportion and centrifugal pump. The system shall be comprising of following in addition to isolation valves, check valves, level switches and and other associated piping, valves and items as per approved P&I. Tank Capacity : As per Membrane Manufacturer Pump capacity : As per Membrane Manufacturer Head : As per Membrane Manufacturer

Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of membrane modules consisting of hollow fibre membranes housed in SS 304 housing with SS 304 permeate water manifold and aeration diffuser system capable of delivering the required flow of 75 KLD of effluent through the module. The cost shall be inclusive of cyclic air valve, level transmitter of membrane tank, isolation valves, pressure transmitter and other associated piping, valves and items as per approved P&I. The flux shall be max 25 LMH Membranes shall be physically strong enough to withstand the operating conditions associated with continuous operation in an aerated tank of mixed liquor at concentrations of up to 10,000 mg/L. If required, membranes shall be capable of regular backwashing with and without cleaning chemicals to minimize pore fouling. Max 25 LMH flux shall be considered to arrive at total membrane area required to treat specified waste water quantity. The minimum membrane warranty for life of membranes should be for minimum 5 years The membrane rack / cassette shall include connection points for agitation air and permeate water. All metallic components of each membrane rack/cassette shall be manufactured from stainless steel with a minimum grade of at least Type SS 316. It shall be possible to isolate and remove each membrane rack / cassette from the manifold header pipework while the system is in operation. Permeate System: All the racks/cassettes in each membrane tank shall be connected to a common header which discharges the permeate by pumping. Back pulse pumps, if required, shall also be provided. Clean-In-Place System: The membranes shall be cleaned “in-place” without removal from the membrane tank. The system shall consist of a chemical feed pump (if required) and storage tank (if required) and include all interior piping, valving, and in-tank piping and supports. Maintenance Cleaning: The “maintenance clean” system must be fully automated. This type of cleaning shall not be performed more than once a week and shall not require each MBR tank to be taken out of service for more than 30 minutes. Recovery Cleaning (if required): The “recovery clean” system shall be either fully automated or partially automated with only limited operator’s attention needed. This type of cleaning shall not be performed more than two times a year. Neutralization system, if required, must be included to handle the soak solution after the cleaning process. The cleaning period shall not require each MBR tank to be taken out of service for more than 12 hours.

The signal from read out shall be 4-20 m.amps to be received on BAS.To be installed at input sewage and Outlet product water of MBR (1 for each module)

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of compartmentized motor control centre shall be fabricated out of 14 gauge CRCA sheet steel in form in 3b formation with reinforcement of suitable size angle iron, channel ‘T’ sections irons and/or flats wherever necessary. Cable gland plates shall be provided on top as well as at the bottom of the panels. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before painting as per specifications with 2 coats of red oxide primer and final approved shade of powder coated paint. 2 Nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system. Lifting hooks shall also be provided in case of large panels. Approval shall be taken for each panel before fabrication. Cadmium Plated hardware shall be used in fabrication of panels. Quoted rates shall inclusive of cables, cable trays, control cabling, earthing (in accordance to specification) with earthing from panel to each motor / equipment. Incomer 1 Nos. 200 Amp four pole Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (Ics = Icu = 25 KA) with built in thermal based release unit with adjustable setting. BUSBARS 300 Amp TPN busbars (25 KA) of high conductivity electrolytic quality aluminium alloy with heat shrinkable insulation sleeves. INSTRUMENTS 1 Set of digital multifunction meter for 3 phase, 4 wire operation to measure V, A, Hz, W, PF, Wh, THD with RS 485 facility. Acc. class: 1 as per specification. 1 Set of ON, OFF, Trip indicating lamps, LED type, shall be protected by 2 amp SP MCB. 1 Set of LED Phase indicating lamps RYB, shall be protected by 2 amp SP MCB 1 Set of 200/5A, Class 1, 10VA, Cast Resin CT for metering.

FILTER FEED PUMPS

CLORINE DOSING SYSTEM:

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Chlorine dosing system consisting of one HDPE tank of 200 litres capacity with a positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump having variable flow rate of (0‐6 LPH). The motor shall be suitable for operation at 240 V / single phase 50 Hertz AC supply. The pump shall be supplied complete with necessary polypropylene piping, valves, strainers & injection fittings for complete automatic dosing.

The required minimum man power (One Technician cum Operator and One helper in each shift for round the clock operation ) to be deployed for each shift of 8 hrs for the equipments to be operated and upkeeped shall be as per special condition of contract.
