M&L for GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) 50mm dia with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nut bolt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply install Testing & Commissioning of thermoplastic Polycarbonate IP 65 Distribution Board in accordance with IEC 60 529 (Dust Proof, Water Proof & Weatherproof) Thermoplastic Polycarbonate DB of Shock proof, Rust Proof, Corrosion Free, Acid & Chemical Resistant, Fire Retardant & Self Extinguishing, UV Resistant, Silica and Halogen Free recyclable material. Type tasted as per IEC 61 439-1. Total Insulated with System Voltage 415V AC, 50Hz, and 5 wires complete all as specified and directed.

(a) The board/panel should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4:The panel should be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 ( 5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262.

(b) The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT OF DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65/ IP54 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529.

(c) The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane.

(d) The manufacturer of board / panel SHALL submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 61439-

• For the assembly of Power switch gear and control gear assemblies (PSC) up to 630A in accordance with IEC 61439 Part1 & 2.

• The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer.

• Guarantee and warrantee certificates will be accepted only from original manufacturer.

• Routine test certificate should be provided along with panel board. The certificate should be from original manufacturer or some panel builder authorized by original manufacturer.
