SITC of Glow Sign Boards at main gate and Emergency gate of Gandhi Memorial Hospital, Kalyani, Nadia

Supplying & Fixing of LED sign board (16 ft. x 5 ft. x 3 inch) frame on the roof/wall, fabricated and through-welded by 4 sides 75 mm x 25 mm Mild Steel hollow bar (2 mm thick) and 3 nos 25 mm x 25 mm MS hollow bar (2 mm thick) in broadways, 1 no. 25 mm x 25 mm MS hollow bar (2 mm thick) in longways, 50 mm long 35 mm x 35 mm x 5 mm thick angle iron (L - Shape) on the four corners for sufficient support and strength and 8 nos. 20 cm long 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick angle iron with whole arround the board for fixing arrangement. The back side of the frame should be covered by S&F of 20 SWG powder-coated blue colour GI sheet. The above structure should be painted with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of RO primer --- 2 nos.

S & F of 3 mm thick, exterior type, ACP sheet (Make - Alstone/ Aludecor/ Times Bond) with approved colour as background on the front portion of the LED sign board (16 ft. x 5 ft. x 3 inch), including S&F aluminium angle, screws and all other necessary materials as per direction of the EIC -- 2 nos.

Providing CC (4:2:1) base block (Size - 600 mm x 600 mm x 800 mm) with neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick) above the roof.

Supplying of angle iron (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) having required length whose one side should be fixed on CC base block/wall and another side providing with a hole with the board by nut-bolt for fixing the board as required.

S & F 50 mm x 6 mm flate iron from top of the board to base block for support the board with necessary welding / nun bolts etc. as required.

S & F of superior quality acrylic three-dimensional letters (40 mm rising) of matter flushed on the pre-fabricated existing ACP board. The computerised processed and laser-cut letters in bold Bengali/English fonts, milky white in colour, and imported sheet should be placed in horizontal lines, maintaining suitable space with male & female attachments for each letter, as per the direction of the EIC. Supply & paste clear silicon in between the male-female letters to minimise the gap to prevent water and insects. The Matter for the signage - GANDHI MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, CARDIO THORACIC UNIT. The matter of the board should be approved by the relevant authority before the construction of the board.

S & F of imported, heavy-duty, IP-66,12 V DC, 400 Watt SMPS (Make - Meanwell / Union or as per approval from EIC) in suitable enclosure to be fixed in the signage frame for driving total LED system of the signage in a distributed manner for uniform load sharing (parallel connection) in view of long run continuous use including necessary interconnections.

S & F of imported best quality 12 V DC, 1.5 Watt LED modules (Make - Samsung / Osram or as per approval from EIC) having three LEDs in a single base module, the LEDs would emit attractive colour light, should be properly fixed in the male part of the Acrylic letters including necessary interconnection by 2 x 2.5 sq. mm cu. wire with socketing & soldering on each wire end.

S & F of 2 mm thick, stainless steel sheet fabricated, waterproof type looping cable box (200 mm x 150 mm x 100 mm deep) embedded in the wall comprising of one 240 V, 16 A kit-kat fuse unit, 4 nos. 16 A stud type connectors, lined with rubber gasketed hinged top cover, mechanical locking arrangement etc., earthing terminal with lug, anticorrosive paint etc. as equired.

Supplying & drawing of 1.1 KV. Gr. 3 core 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated Cu. Cable (Make - Finolex/ RR Kabel/ Havells) with S & F of 20 mm dia PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Precision Make] on the wall/ ceiling/ iron surface with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works.

Supply and delivery of 1.1 kV Gr. 4 Core 6 sq. mm XLPE insulated & sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor Cable (Make - Havells / Universal / RR Kabel / Currency / KEI).

Supplying & fixing 25 mm dia medium gauge GI pipe (ISI medium - Zindal / Bansol / Tata) protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required. [11(a)/F-6]

Boring (Micro Tunnelling) below the Pacca/Concrete Road with necessary tools & tackles for installation of 40 mm dia GI pipe, including filling the vacant space between pipe and road with soil, mending the damages as per direction of EIC.

Laying of 4-core 6 sq. mm cable through existing GI/Polythene Pipe. [3(a)/F-1]

Laying of 4 core 6 sq. mm cable on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting. [2(b)/F-1]

Laying of 4 core 6 sq. mm cable in the UG trench of 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks, cable, and trench with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring the surface, duly rammed. [1(a)/F-2]

Supply, delivery & installation of 240 V, 12-way, double door, SS enclosure, powder coated, IP-43 protection MCB DB as a Timer DB with neutral bar, Din Rail comprising with 1 no. 20/25 A DP MCB ('C' Curve, 10 kA,), 1 no. 24-hour digital Time Switch, 1 no. 20/25 A 2-pole contactor (Make - ABB / Schneider / Legrand) with internal wiring by 2.5/4/6 sq. mm single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Make - Finolex / Havells / RR Kabel) including 1 no. Auto Manual bypass Toggle Switch, provision for earthing attachment, LED indication lights on the on-off condition. (For Compound Light )

S & F of compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of 4 core 6 sq. mm XLPE/PVC armoured cable. [7(c)/F-4]

Finishing the end of 4 core 6 sq. mm XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method, incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. [8(b)(x)/F-5]

Painting of steel structure by two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red Lead/Zink chromate priming of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint for old existing sign boards. [7.B(c,d,e)/H-2]

Supply and fixing of 230/240 V, minimum 50 Watt, outdoor-type, LED, Flood light fitting/luminaire with IP-66 protected, wide beam, PDC housing, glass cover optic, minimum luminous efficacy 120 lm/watt, colour temp. 5700 K (Make - Philips / K-Light / Wipro / Havells) complete with all accessories on the iron bracket/clamp on the board.

S & F of 120 CM long arm bracket fabricated by 35 mm X 35 mm X 4 mm size M S angle iron welded with the main structure of the board at the appropriate position for fixing lighting arrangement.
