Supply, Transportation ,laying, and stringing of overhead 0.05 ACSR conductor on cross arms through insulators including joints by PG Clamps where ever required complete in all respects as per REC standard.

Supply, transportation and fixing of GI Channel /Angle Iron for Cross Arms, Braces, Transformer Belt, F-Top, Collers etc for Sub Station and poles (Complete Job including Nuts & Bolts and Washers)

Supply and fixing of 11kV Polymeric composite Pin Insulator 12kV, 5kN, Lighting Impulse 75kV Positive and 80kV Negative, creepage distance 320mm

Supply and fixing of LT Shackle Insulators with G.I Mukhi Clamps (Scaffolding G.I LT Clamps) including nuts and bolts as per REC standard

Supply and fixing of 185 mm Sq (2 Ckt) Single Phase 1.1 KV Grade , PVC Insulated stranded conductor FRLS Type including Aluminum Thimbles, PG/SL Clamps etc. as per REC standard

Supply and fixing of 11KV G.O set (AB Switch 3-phase,3 -pole,200A) including nuts and bolts, washers, clamps etc. complete job as per REC standard. (Drilling of holes prohibited)

Supply and fixing of 11KV Horn Gap fuse set 3 phase,200A including nuts and bolts, washers, clamps etc. complete job as per REC standard. (Drilling of holes prohibited)

Supply and fixing of Gapless surge arrestor, 9 KV, 10KA , LA station Type including nuts and bolts, washers, clamps etc. complete job as per REC standard. (Drilling of holes prohibited)

Supply and fixing of LT distribution Fuse Set of standard make using Clamps/ Thimbles with Brass Bolts & washers etc. complete job as per REC standard (Drilling of holes prohibited)

Providing ,installation,Testing and commissioning earthing Sub Stns -Excavation of earthing pit of dia 650mm & depth 3000mm, installation of earthing pipe of 40mm Nominal bore & 4mm wall thichness & length 2.5 mtr long as per IS 1239 GI strip for netural earthing of size 75 mmx 10mm & 50 mmx6mm for connection of transformer body ,GO set & lighting arrestor as per IS 2629/85, GI nuts & bolts , refilled with earth enhancement materials and earth chamber made of brick masonary with RCC slabs cover. (as per REC standard)

Supply and fixing of G.I wire 8 SWG

Painting of ST Poles with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminum paint to give an even shade using anti corrosive paint of standard brand (Nerolac/ Asian) paints) including cost of paint.

Earthing of ST Poles Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm or GI Rod 20mm 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip

Cement bottoming of S.T poles in 1:2:4 mix 1/6th of the height of pole below the ground and 1ft above the ground cylnerical shape with circular radius 9” from the pole centre) using 40mm crushed stone aggregate mix. As per Drawing Pit =( 600x600x1600)& Tappered at the Top. (as per REC standard)
