Maintenance and servicing of self priming dosing equipments , having discharge capacity upto 4 Ltr /Hrs to 10 ltr/ hrs of any make per month Including dismentling the dosing equipment from existing place, cleaning the traces of chlorine/chemical used and refixing/reassambling all parts after complete cleaning and fixing at same location and making the plant fully in serviceable condition at the following locations :- Note : (i) Spares required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule. (ii) The rate quoted by the tenderer includes cost of maint/servicing of above said plant for a period of 30 days during contract period till the date of completion of work specified.

(Water sample areas includes such as swimming pool, borewell, RO Plant, STP (Pre and Post), pump house) (b) Collection of sample from all the places at a time will be considered as one job each time.

Supply and fix in repair On/Off switches, with NC connector and connecting up complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Vaishno type-2 x VALSTR or equivalent.

Supply and fix in repair Indicating LED lamp indicator, having input 230 V, output 130 V connecting up complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :Vaishno type-2 X VILR or equivalent.

Supply and fix in repair Heavy duty switch disconnector fuse assembly, with fuse links, 50A complete as per IS 13947-3 and connecting up complete. Make: Siemens model no 3KL49-30-1YA00 or equivalent of L&T / ABB

Supply and fix in repair Kit kat fuse upto 40A and connecting up complete. Make: Siemens 3NW20NNSF or equivalent of L&T / ABB / Havells.

Supply and fix in repair MCB triple pole, 5to 30 Amp, 415 V, 10 KA rating. Make: Siemens or equivalent of L&T / ABB / Legrand.

Supply and fix Air break power contractor AC operated, upto 25A, AC3 as per IS 13947 with auxillary contact arrangement and over load relay complete set and connecting up suitable for 5 to 20 HP water pump all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:-Siemens or equivalent of CG / L&T / C&S.

Disconneting electric connection, dismantling taking up light vertical high pressure multi stage pump set discharge 17 m3/hour , head 197 Mtr maximum, 2924 rpm, suitable for RO plant 10000 ltr/hr, capcities from existing foundation to workshop for repair like, welding, grinding, turning, facing, greasing, bushing for studs and replacement of defective parts mention here in after including rewinding of coupled motor with super enamal copper wire of suitable size/gauge for standard rpm and providing insulation then bringing back to installation Re-fixing to its origional position and make proper functioning all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : of pumping set -GRUNDROS Note:- Spare parts will be paid and measured sapretly.

M&L for repairing and servicing of leakages at flanges at various joints such as near pressure guage, motor, pipes and at various location inside RO Plant premises by means of opening from joint and replacing flanges and PVC pipes of required size and length complete with teflon tape, gasket and other accessories complete clearing of leakage all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: (a) Complete clearing of leakage at various locations of plant as directed by Engineer-in-Charge will be considered as one job (b) Any spares other then flanges or teflon tape/ packings/gaskets etc will be measured and paid under respective item.

Supply and Fix End Pressure plates of each side of Membranes sleeve (Pressure Vessel of Size: 8" dia x 200" long) at RO Darjipura to avoid complete leakage of pressure vessel all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking out existing 2 Hp submersible motor pump from main incoming well at RO plant after disconnecting it from existing pipe and servicing it including rewinding and replacing worn out parts complete making it functional and testing and refixing it inside the sump with necessary fittings required for connecting it with pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs Pressure switch of range 0.1 to 2 Kg/Sqcm complete. Make Indfos Model B424B or equivalent all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing 5 Hp feed motor pump outside incoming well at RO plant after disconnecting it from existing pipe and servicing and overhauling it by opening it on site/greasing it including replacing worn out Packing, gland packing and gland plate, nuts bolts and washers, studs, existing bearing of pump and motors etc complete making it smooth functional and testing and refixing it with necessary fittings required for connecting it with pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

(c) Water should be colour less and no vegetable stain should be present. (d) Water should be soft that it should not contain dissolved impurities like calcium or magnesium bicarbonate and Sulphates. (e) Water should be soft and should be free from all pathogenic organism causing diseases.
