Repair/Maint of Power Transformer of capacity 01 MVA installed at 33 KV MRS Manasbal Military Station under GE 970 EWS :- (a) Disconnecting carefully all incoming & outgoing connection of Transformer from the site and opening the top & side plate assembly, repair and replacing the following the items all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge - 01 Job (i) Filtration of insulating oil with high pressure vaccum filtration plant, after filtration attains BDV up to 50 KV - 900 Ltrs (ii) Top up the new transformer oil into the transformer unit - 150 Ltrs (iii) Replacement of u/s temp gauge - 01 No (iv) Replacement of Silica gel with breather - 01 No (v) Replacement of Brass stud nut with washers for HT connection - 02 Nos (vi) Replacement of Brass stud nut with washers for LT connection - 02 Nos (vii) Replacement of Buchloz relay - 01 No (b) Re-Assembling and re-installing the Transformer assy by connecting all removed elect and mechanical connections complete incl testing the unit all as directed - 01 Job. (c) Dismantling carefully existing 33 KV HT Gang operating device assembly from the steel structure and opening the nut, bolt and connected accessories by disconnecting the existing incoming and outgoing ACSR jumpers, repair and replacing the following the items and re-installing the same in the existing structure all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge - 01 Job (i) Male contact/moving contact Blade - 02 Nos (ii) Female contact/Fix contact Jaw - 03 Nos (iii) Rotating contactor pipe 200A/400A - 02 Nos (iv) MS pipe carrier - 02 Nos (v) Rotating mechanism - 01 No (vi) Porcelain 33 KV Post insulator - 04 Nos (d) Replacement of HT Cable end termination box suitable for 11000 Volts grade 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 Core XLPE 11 KV cable, outdoor, hot shrinkable type with all accessories complete all as specified and directed - 01 No
