Providing Bay Identification Signage in the Apron Area of MBB Airport Agartala.

Supply, Assembly, Installation, testing and commissioning of Triangular SNI (Stand Number Indicator) boards (Fascia 800 x 600 x 2) to indicate Aircraft parking stand in Apron, fabricated with 2mm Aluminium Sheet as per drawing attached (Text matter shall be got approved from E-I-C before supply). The SNI shall be triangular in shape with rear side of 1700 mm and each front side of 1000 mm. The total height of triangle shall be 900 mm. There shall be laser cut opening of 800 x 600 mm of front fascia for indicating SNI. The long-life facia shall be UV stabilized polycarbonate face sheet of 4mm thickness with special adhesive and vinyl pasting from inside of polycarbonate face fixed from inside of fascia with changing arrangement from inside. The boards shall be internally & uniformly illuminated with LED lamp (modules) and all other accessories including having individual LED drivers to work on 230V AC supply complete with all internal wirings, connectors. The top cover shall be of single piece 2mm Al sheet which shall cover the entire triangle with edge bent up to 15mm on all side to prevent ingress of water and shall be openable for maintenance of board. The board shall be in grey colour or any other colour as decided by EIC.

Providing civil foundation of minimum size 1000mm (L) x 1000 mm (B) x 1000mm (Height) with reinforced cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 including demolishing cement concrete of apron manually / mechanical means as required including excavation up-to desired dimension and filling extra excavated area with same concrete including disposal of materials within 50 Mtrs lead, erection of pole, providing & fixing 63 MM DWC pipe from nearest duct/pipe/trench for crossing / entry of cable (approx. 10 Mtrs.), providing G.I Nuts/washers etc. and making good the surface as earlier complete as required including erection of 7 meter height MS pole (for Bay identification signage) and as per direction & to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of 7 Mtr height Stepped MS Pole fabricated from MS Pipes of sizes 200mm dia x 5 mm thick upto 2 Mtrs from Bottom, 140 mm dia x 5 mm thick from 2 Mtr to 7 Mtr with 1 Mtr inside overlap in the 200 mm dia pipe with Stepped Flange as per drawing attached including providing suitable sized base plate for erection, including supply of suitable sized foundation Bolt. The Pole shall be painted in desired grey color or any other colour approved by EIC. (For bay identification signage).
