SCHEDULE 'A'

Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

Demolition of stone /boulders masonary work built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc & removing from site.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing tiles and rubbish off the premises

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and directed by Engiiner-in-Charge

Taking down steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal from site

Taking down steel tubing and connections 20 mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal form site

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position of capacity exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes of capacity exc 250 ltr but n exc 500 ltr etc.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position of capacity exc 500 ltr but not exc1000 ltr. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes of capacity exc 500 ltr but n exc1000 ltr etc.

M&L Cutting holes n exc 0.15 sqm into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required.

Supply only CPVC tank adaptor of outer dia 40mm.

Supply only CPVC tank union of outer dia 40mm.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500ltr all as specified in SSR Part I

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 1000ltr all as specified in SSR Part I

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1: 6 complete.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified

M&L Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces on ceiling finished even and smooth without usising extra cement all as specified

M& L Non-Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1 : 4.

S&F coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x250x7/450x350mmx7mm thick on vertical surfaces including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 Such as skirting dados and riser to step etc set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match

S&F 20mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repairs 10 ltrs capacity PVC valveless,syphonic action type flushing cistern,lowlevel,white,with,with inlet,ball valve,float and handle including brackets

S&F PP-R/CPVC Gate valves of 25 mm outer dia pipe (brass insert) as per requirement of the site

Supply and lay of 25 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

Supply and lay of 20 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

S & F PVC connection 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm of approved quality

M & L Preparing for new plastered surface of wall including cornices etc by brooming down and applying two coat of oil bound distemper including smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note after painting cleaning of all floors,glass & furniture by own arrangement).
