RequiredThe intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed Third party inspection/PMC of any one Lift irrigation work of value Rs. 1866.73 Lakhs in the last 5 years reckoned from 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24. 2024-25 & 2025-26. Work done certificate of value not less than Rs. 8.88 Lakhs issued should be not below the rank of the Executive Engineer

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by the Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of the Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of the KPPP Portal on or before the last date and time of bid submission

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

The Tenderer shall obtain the required work done certificates from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent.

Financial Year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty first day of March of succeeding year (both days inclusive).

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever.

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPPP portal.

The tenderer shall furnish required information to Scan the original documents and upload all formats etc. required for this bid, through KPPP portal. The Original Formats/Documents shall be produced at the time of opening of Technical Bid for physical verification

The consultant shall quote the rates without adding GST either materials or works contract (Service). GST payable by the consultant under this works Contract will be paid to the consultant separately over and above the consultants bid amount. The increase if any in the GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the consultant alone is responsible for delay as determined by the Authority.

The consultant has to furnish Additional performance security deposit of an amount equal to the difference in the amount put to tender and the tendered amount in addition to security deposit of 5% of contract price.

DPRS are to be prepared strictly according to Minor Irrigation Department Guidelines

Latest copy of the Income tax return filing acknowledgment mentioning the PAN No.

Employees provident fund registration certificate (EPF).

Past Experience

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed Third party inspection/PMC of any one Lift irrigation work of value Rs. 1866.73 Lakhs in the last 5 years reckoned from 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24. 2024-25 & 2025-26.
