Charpoy GI Pipe FD-220

Removing the old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe and tightening of the charpoy frame, check nuts and elbow as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and supply & fixing of new ply top having 4x rounded corners and size 1980x900x12mm thick, BWR exterior grade, ISI marked fixed with suitable machine screw & washer as approved in each charpoy through suitable drill machine holes of approriate size complete all as directed. Make: Century/Kit ply/Green Ply/Archid

S&F flat iron stiffener beneath the ply top 02 Nos in each charpoy of size 900x25x5mm fitted on long rail duly drilled on both side in equal distance on charpoy GI pipe with appropriate round headed nut and bolt fitted under item No. 1.01 here in above duly primer coated and two coats of black synthetic enamelled paint complete all as directed.

Removing the old u/s ply top from Chaproy GI Pipe and tightening of all loose componants, supply & fixing new ply top having 4x rounded corners and size1980x900x12mm thick, BWR exterior grade ISI marked with mild steel galvonized iron nuts and bolts of 6mm dia compete all as specified and directed.Make: Century/Kit ply/Green Ply/Archid

Removing the old unserviceable and broken flat iron stiffener size 900x25x4mm and S&F new flat iron stiffener size 900x25x5mm duly primer coated and two coats and black synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old u/s long rails of charpoy and S&F new long rails of 32mm nominal bore GI Pipe medium grade both ends threaded of make SWASTIK/PRAKASH/JINDAL/TATA. Acomplete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old u/s short rails of charpoy GI Pipe and fixing only rails retrived under serial No 1.05 here in before with and including cutting threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed (Note old and u/s long rails converted into two short rails)

Taking down the old u/s legs of charpoy and fixing only legs made out from old short rails retrived under ser No 1.06 herein before with and including cutting threading at one end complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of u/s and broken existing elbow 3 way from the charpoy and S&F new elbow 3 way of 32mm bore dia, medium weight, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old u/s and broken existing checknuts from the charpoy and S&F new checknuts from the charpoy complete all as specified and directed.
