REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF ROAD ALONGWITH ROAD SIDE FURNITURE AND REPAIR TO ROAD DIVIDER, PAINTING AND RESURFACING IN TECH AND DOMESTIC AREA AT AFS PHALODI

Preparing old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing any mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fannig the surface with gunny bags/ compressor blower to remove all loose dust/dirt complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer using bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5kg per 10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer on old black top surface complete all as specified and directed .

M & L laying bituminous VG-30 premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content of VG-30 grade paving by weight of total mix laid by self propelled mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminious, macadam with 4% binder by using paving bitumen VG-30 content by weight of total mix laid laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less ) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparing bituminius surfaces of road and making 2.5 mm thick centre line, stop line , dashes, arrows etc and the like n exc 10cm wide on roads pavement with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour alongwith mirror particle confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as per specified and directed.

M & L in repair for stone kerb of roughly squared Jodhpur type stones of size 15 cm thick and 30cm deep minimum 45cm length, all surfaces hammer dressed so that the maxium depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 20mm and jointed in CM 1:6 and struck flush etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) of any description not other specifically provided for etc and removal of rocks/debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of interlocking tiles of any description, any thickness laid dry or laid dry and pointed etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 as in subbase using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors 25 to 30mm thick layer of sand cushioning including filling the interstices complete all as specified and directed.
