Dismantling of fencing post or struts (wood, steel, RCC) any section, post embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes or similar holes n.exc 0.5 cum each in soft/ loose soil, getting out returning filling in and ramming with earth or broken rubble around in layers n.exc 25 cm watering etc and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete1:3:6 type C 2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, fillings & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F including fabrication, mild steel section as in fencing posts and struts including embedding in concrete and cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. & flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.), and similar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing any size any type (Approx size 75mm x 75mm x 3mm dia) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and any type of strandads, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing of barbed wire or any other type of any dia and description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized, 2 strand, mild steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (Machine Made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut 6-8 mm dia of neck and n.exc 5 cm long, complete all as specified and directed

M&L mild steel round bars of 10 mm dia as in line wire cut to lengths, hooking ends etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) quality A for tying chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel TMT deformed bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia (annealed) complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position otherwise specifically provided (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manholes/drain covers placed in position in similar works including use and waste of form work complete all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding including necessary form work and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre Polished Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x25mm thick on horizontal surfaces,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in steps floors incl 15mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 as in stair case steps including half rounding shape for nosing all as Specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment of approved design and pattern complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling as in under layer for paver block or floor or in foundations including well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish materials where directed a complete all as specified

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surface mixed with water proofing compund incl chajja, facia etc, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats cement based paint on over one coat of primer on walls all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

S & F louvers /Precast RCC Jalli, 25mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified

M & L for providing cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregrate in copings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A
