CWE/AF AMB/AMB-61/2024-25 SPECIAL REPAIR TO STP AT AFS RAJPURA, BAKNAUR AND KALPI UNDER GE (AF) AMBALA

Surface preparation of walls/floor of sewage treatment plant (STP) including dewatering and sludge cleaning etc. from STP complete all as specified & directed. Note: Area of wall/floor shall be measured for payment purpose.

Taking down / chipping cement plaster of any description (chipping of loose plaster, concrete, unsound weak surface of STP) properly, from all wall & base, making surface solid & dust free with electric air blower complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rust removing from exposed reinforcement of STP by applying two coats of Rust Remover and after 24 hours applying two coats of Rust Passivator coating complete all as specified & directed.

M&L repairing & sealing (repairing of all damaged area floor, wall under/above slab) by using Binding agent on old/new concrete, Epoxy or SBR Latex based repairing with Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM) 1Kg / Sqm / mm or 2200 Kg / Cum or at finished level 1mm to 150mm thick complete all as specified & directed.

M&L injecting grouting, drilling & fixing of NRV PVC Nozzle at distance of 1mtr x 1mtr at construction Joints, honeycombs, shuttering plates joints, start joints, applying low viscos non shrink expandable PU / Polymer grout, after grouting cut the nozzle and sealed with Polymer modified mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Protective Epoxy Coating on well prepared dry surface of STP, applying 1st coat of chemical, acid, resistance 2k epoxy coat and 2nd coat sandwich with Fiberglass Mesh 3rd same coat on it, 4th and 5th final coat as per system, complete all as specified & directed. Make: STP / 20 MCC / Sika / Fosroc/ Asian Notes for BOQ item No. 3 to 6: (i) The work shall be executed only from authorized agency of Make concerned. (ii) A Security deposit against Guarantee of treatment shall be submitted by contractor as specified.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (RCC) M-30, design mix (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified & directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (RCC) M-25, design mix (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete(RCC) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including cutting the reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition and removal of debris outside of MoD land complete all as specified & directed. Note: The old reinforcement steel so retrieved shall be credited to contractor.

M&L formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.
